When a file is uploaded, the notifications fire, however, when I move the file the notifications for that incoming folder do not fire - could this be added as an option on the notifications options screen so people can be notified - thanks.

Is there capability of adding some type of watermark to each document printed out. Indicating their username..maybe..... We are trying to control who is responsible for certain documents floating around.

Our project would like to be able to have a folder where our vendors can upload files. We want to restrict that folder to only files that have an exact file name. Can you create this feature?

New Versions of files - could the comments section be made searchable. Currently, when a user puts in the comments section extra information about a file - such as revision data (i.e. Revision B - extra steelwork added) this data is only available when the file is selected, the ability to see this either by using the search function, or even on the list of files on the left would be great.

I would like the drop down selection of contacts to be wider. I should be able to see the person(s) name and the company. Some names are longer than others and sometimes I don't know which guy is with which company. Thanks.

can you make icons in the documents look more like what type of file they are? i.e. a file that is excel, could have an excel looking icon, a pdf could have a pdf looking icon, etc...thx

Allow files to be downloaded from the documents tab without them being zipped up.

It's time consuming to always have to unzip the files everytime I download more than one.

We need to be able to see more of the left hand pane, especially when viewing documents in the folder structure. The center view is wider than it needs to be.

Make the '+' icons on the document tree larger

When you have a big project with lots of documents within subfolders the document names can be too big to fit within the left hand pane. Whilst you can use the scroll bar at the bottom of the pane to move the list across to read the details this is a pain for big files - could you be able to have a pop up on hovering your mouse over the file with the details of what the file is please if it is too big to fit? Thanks.

how about you use 1 email instead of an email for the email tab and a separate email for the Documents. Just have the Documents tab scan all of the emails and pull out any documents that it finds. That way I don't have to add two email addresses when I send out emails with documents attached that I need to save.

almost every time i upload photos, i create an album and forget to click on the "Album:" tab and select the album I just created and end up dropping my photos into the "Unclassified" file. Then, i have to move them. Make the "Album:" auto populate with the album I have just created.
I am creating albums based on date taken to resolve the issue suggested by Marshall.

There is a new documents this week list upon clicking on the document tool. Make this exportable to pdf and CSV... PDF is all I really need.

We have over 700 projects / tasks, which are retrievable by project #. At the company level "Documents Tab", the project #'s are not shown. Nor are the projects alphabetically ordered.

One of the most common ways to access documents on the web in an IT environment is using WebDAV. One example is using BlueBeam for iPad. This way you could easily open PDF documents from BlueBeam on iPad, mark them up, and save them back.

this is just one example of the usefulness of using WebDAV. There are many, many more.

In Procore for Desktop, it would be great to be able to set the files & folders view to "Details" as a default -- currently, you can set it to this view while working in it,but it defaults back to "Icon" view when you close and reopen it.
