  2. Prime Contract Line Notes

    Add a notes section to the prime contract line items. This would be very useful for having the scope of work for that line item with it. Would be nice to also have it print up under the line item when exported to a PDF or CVS

  3. Add CCO Attachments when creating from Prime PCO (w/o Change Events)

    When creating a CCO out of a change order in Prime Contract, you should be able to attach files in this window also.

  4. Private Notes Field

    It would be nice to have a private notes field to track personal notes on various areas within Procore (such as submittals, RFIs, change management, bidding, etc).

    Something like a text field where you can enter text to help remind yourself about something of note about that particular item. Ideally it could the comments could also be made public.

    This would help eliminate those pesky Post-It notes :)

  7. Insurance - track additional fields (additional insured, endorsements, etc.)

    Provide ability to create additional tracking fields / checkboxes in insurance. Most insurance certificates have multiple policies (GL, WC, Auto, etc) with, possibly, differing expiration dates. Right now we have to add multiple entries for each subcontractor so we can track each of their policies.
    Currently, we track 14 items for everything from WC for On Going Operations expiration date to the Auto Waiver of Subrogation.

  8. CO Reconciliation Report

    When reviewing PPCO and CCO in the reconciliation report It would be nice if an additional column was added to show you totals for combined items of each PPCO. For example if there are two cost codes represented under one PPCO give a total of those two rows.

  9. Progression Flagging

    After the budget is uploaded, when changes to the commitments tab or prime contract tab are made, is there a way to stop/flag the progression/submission until all of the information (cost code, category, price, etc.) has been added correctly and completely?

  10. PCCO/COR Listed on Subcontractor CCO

    It would be nice if in the subcontactor CCO "Change Order Line Items" section if the PCCO and COR numbers associated with the CCO were listed on the PDF printed doc to the subcontractors.

  15. Mass Delete Button for Budget

    It would be nice to have a button at the admin level that could mass delete the budget tab on the chance management has to rework the numbers on a project.

  16. Populate Payment amount from Invoice amount

    Pre populate payments with the latest requisition, and allow users to override the imported data. For example import information from a given requisitions for a given commitment to generate a payment. This would be invoice #, payment amount, any attachments...

  18. Bulk Delete Budget Lines/Rows

    In the Budget, it would be helpful if a user could select multiple rows to remove instead of 1 at a time. We have not finalized our budget yet so there are many changes we have made before we lock the budget

  19. Line Item Formatting- Commitment CO, SOV (w/o Change Events)

    When adding line items to the SOV for a commitment change order, it would be nice for the line item option to disappear or grey out in the drop down when it has been selected so there is not a change to add the same line items twice.

  20. Change Management "Change Reason" field (w/o Change Events)

    In Change Management/Potential CO allows you to enter a "Change Reason" but that field does not transfer to the CO too.

    It would be nice if that field applied to both PCO and CO.
