Project Dates: Too many and disconnected
1) Admin: Estimated Date
2) Admin: actual Date
3) Project Home: Custom dates that can be added to project home
3) Prime Contract: Start Date/Substantial Completion Dates
4) Schedule tool: Dates from your P6/Project scheduleThere are too many project start/stop dates in Procore and they are all disconnected/not integrated. It's difficult for users to know which field(s) they have to enter in and update.
Please improve this Procore! :)

Custom Reports by User, Not Project
Custom reports should be by user, not by project.
That way users only have to create a custom report once and have it appear in the "Report" drop down in all projects they have access to. This could also be added to the home page for ease in reporting.

Add Project Name to Email Subject Line
is it possible to have the project name in the subject of all Procore generated emails? It would help by allowing the recipient to sort by subject when they are receiving Procore emails for different projects.

Add Granular permission for Commitments ‘Email Contract’ button
This would really help Admins that would like ‘Standard’ users to have the ability to complete all tasks as normal. However, not have access to this button.

Letter templates in correspondence tool
Would be nice to add a “mail merge” type functionality to the correspondence tool. Like Prolog used to have. Select the letter type you want, select the recipient and cc, enter pertinent details, hit “print” or “send”.
Would allow us to keep consistent with delay notices, awards, LOI, etc.

Copy Project Info to New Project
We would like to have the ability to copy the Admin info from a project to a new project. We would also like to be able to copy the customer info from the directory to that new project as well. Example: Repeat customers - we would like to be able to copy the project location & customer info from previous projects to save time when creating a new project.

Update Project Stage from the Portfolio Page
It would be nice to allow a Company Admin to update the Project Stage from the Portfolio page view. This changes several times during a project, so not having to go into each project and change it under the Admin settings would be a huge time saver for Company Admins.

Rearrange all fields in custom fieldsets, not just custom fields
Currently, custom fields for a tool can be rearranged but not the existing fields like Item Name, number, Private, etc. It would be nice to be able to change the layout of all the fields, including those that are default in Procore. Specifically, this would be nice to see built out in the Correspondence tool.

Adjustable Custom Field sets for Admin tool
We would like to have the option to add two fields near the project type on the Project Admin page. Both would a drop down list, with lists for added granularity to allow specific tracking.

Commitment Permissions
Commitments: It might be a good idea to be able to separate out the permissions for PO and Subcontracts so the ability to "Send to ERP" can be removed on only one of the commitments. In our case we do not want PM's to have the ability to send Subcontracts to ERP. We want our subcontract administrator to be the only one with this ability. The PM's still need to have the ability to send their purchase orders to ERP.

Company Level Cross Project Search across Tools
Provide a company level search capability (similar to the single project search function) providing for the ability to find all references to a search phrase across all or multiple 'selectable' projects and all Procore tools.

Do Not Copy Company Cost Codes to New Project from Template
When creating a new Project using a project template that does not have cost codes attached, I DO NOT want company level cost codes to be inserted as Project cost codes. This take a long time to filter through and delete cost codes that are not being used on this project
It would actually probably be nice to have part of the project setup to either copy CC over or skip (same as is done on drawings and specs)

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on adding in alternative ways to bring in cost codes to a new project, like selecting the list from any existing project. We will update this ticket as work progresses.

Banner informing when a feature is down
When there is a function that is offline it would be oh so helpful if there was a banner on the main screen letting you know this before you waste a lot of time trying to make it work and spending time on a support chat. This week's issue with ERP synching is an example.

Working days - Configure Holidays
Would like the setup for working days in the Admin tool to include a monthly setup. This way the month ahead can be set up according to holidays and sometimes calendar working days can differ according to working zones.
