Include Change Reason and Change Type when reporting on Change Orders via Custom Reporting
I would like to be able to run a report across multiple projects showing all the change orders written against commitment's. and ability to see if that change order was an Owner Change, Design Clarification, unforseen condition, etc.

Thank you for your feedback! While this is not currently being added for Change Order reporting, Change Event Line Item Detail reporting does contain the ability to report on Reason and Type.
We will update this ticket if these fields are added to Change Order custom reporting.

Purchase Orders - Track items received against individual line items
After issuing a Purchase Order in Procore, users need to be track the actual materials received onsite, preferably via the mobile app as this usually happens in the field. Would also like to have this available on web as well. Would like to have a check box for materials received, input for date received, input for quantity received, check box to indicate if material was delivered damaged or not. These fields need to be available in the Reports tool so users can run a report of materials that were not received that were included in a Purchase Order. Would also…
255 votesThanks for the feedback! The ability to track items received and installed from Unit/Qty Commitments is currently available in Procore. If a Commitment has a Unit/Qty Accounting Method, and is Approved, the quantities from line items in that Commitment are available to track against in the Daily Log – Productivity Log. Totals and reporting can be viewed using the Daily Log – Productivity Report.

Disable Unit of Measure Functionality
Having the ability to disable the Unit of Measure feature when inputting costs. This new feature is cumbersome and tedious.

Now, when you disable Unit-Based columns in the Change Event tool, the line item adder in Change Events also respects that configuration and removes the additional unit based columns, creating a more streamlined process when entering in your Change Event line item information.

Make Unit Cost Optional Not Default
Can we have the unit cost be optional not default, it is too time consuming to manually override and we do not use unit costs.

Thanks for your feedback. Now, when you disable Display UOM, Revenue Qty, Revenue Unit Cost, ROM Unit Qty, and ROM Unit Cost Columns in your Change Event configuration settings, unit cost columns will be removed from Change Events and the Line Item Adder in Change Events.

Procore Analytics - Custom Fields / Field Sets
Procore Analytics doesn't seem to report against custom fields - these custom fields will be critical to building the correct reports and dashboards across projects.

Zoom Integration: Add Meeting Details to Calendar
Regarding the calendar event and how it integrates with your calendar, ideally it would add the call in info automatically and any other relevant Zoom info right to the invite itself. One of the nice functions that Zoom does well in Outlook calendar is it gives you a one button call in, meaning you hit one button from your phone and you are dialed in. As it stands now, you have to save the Procore email notification and then you can't dial in until you click the link, there is no call in info available ahead of time in the…
13 votesWe are happy to announce the video conferencing link field within the meetings tool now pulls into a calendar item through the .ics file. This can be accomplished when receiving the distributed agenda and adding the item to your calendar or via the support article below.
The Zoom call in phone number automatically pulling in is not a part of this release currently.

Sort by Commitment Pages by Contract Company not Commitment #'s.
Sort by Contract Company Name.
After initial setup of contracts I don't see how anyone wants to search by commitment # rather than Contract Company Name. There are multiple screens where this would help. In the invoicing screen there isn't even the ability to click on the column header and re-sort

Create Instruction from Email
It would be helpful to create an Instruction from an email rather than having to copy and paste everything into a new instruction from an email.

Project executive Report (Dash Boards)
You need to have a dash board board Tab , to include a summary of project status. I use Powerbi and I combine between Procore beautiful spreadsheets (financial , manhours and so one) and I create very comprehensive , visually appealing project executive Dash Board.

Daily Report With Changes Highlighted
It would be helpful to have the ability to run a daily report that shows changes to RFIs or Transmittals highlighted in red from two specific dates.
We spend a lot of resources determining what changed from one day to the next and it would be lovely to find a what to automate this.
3 votesHello and thank you for your feedback. I would start by creating a Custom Report. For RFIs you can pull the fields you would like populated in the report. The “created date” field should be pulled in order to see when these items are created. With Custom Reports you can setup a scheduled distribution to yourself, in PDF or Excel form with a frequency of your choice. I should add that the Project Home dashboard includes a section for Recently Changed Items for quick visibility with hyperlinks. Now, when you disable Display UOM, Revenue Qty, Revenue Unit Cost, ROM Unit Qty, and ROM Unit Cost Columns in Change Event configuration settings, the line item adder will remove the columns for Unit Qty as well as the Change Event table.

Drag and drop window for documents
I really miss the drag and drop window for the documents section of the jobs. It's MUCH faster than having to navigate. Please reinstate if possible.

Change Event Line Item Details Custom Report - Latest Cost & Latest Price
Client would like to have 'Latest Cost’ and ‘Latest Price’ be field options within the Change Event Line Item Details custom report.
These columns are important factors in their Change Events, and they'd like to also see them in the Custom Reports in project and company level.

Show drawing list view of all drawings from all areas
Show list view of all current drawings of all drawings in all areas rather than having to click into the drawing area to view only those drawings in list view.
1 voteHello and thank you for your feedback. This is possible by running a Drawings report to show all areas and all Drawings. You can easily create this report to include the fields you require and set a frequency to view the report weekly, bi-weekly, etc.

Tasks sent from mobile app
Ability for Tasks to be sent from the Mobile version so field workers who only have access to mobile devices can assign tasks to subcontractors, carpenters or internally within the project team. Currently to send the tasks login to the web version is required which defeats the purpose of a field worker generating tasks.
