  1. Purchase Orders - Track items received against individual line items

    After issuing a Purchase Order in Procore, users need to be track the actual materials received onsite, preferably via the mobile app as this usually happens in the field. Would also like to have this available on web as well. Would like to have a check box for materials received, input for date received, input for quantity received, check box to indicate if material was delivered damaged or not. These fields need to be available in the Reports tool so users can run a report of materials that were not received that were included in a Purchase Order. Would also…

    Thanks for the feedback! The ability to track items received and installed from Unit/Qty Commitments is currently available in Procore. If a Commitment has a Unit/Qty Accounting Method, and is Approved, the quantities from line items in that Commitment are available to track against in the Daily Log – Productivity Log. Totals and reporting can be viewed using the Daily Log – Productivity Report.

  3. Zoom Integration: Add Meeting Details to Calendar

    Regarding the calendar event and how it integrates with your calendar, ideally it would add the call in info automatically and any other relevant Zoom info right to the invite itself. One of the nice functions that Zoom does well in Outlook calendar is it gives you a one button call in, meaning you hit one button from your phone and you are dialed in. As it stands now, you have to save the Procore email notification and then you can't dial in until you click the link, there is no call in info available ahead of time in the…

    We are happy to announce the video conferencing link field within the meetings tool now pulls into a calendar item through the .ics file. This can be accomplished when receiving the distributed agenda and adding the item to your calendar or via the support article below.

    The Zoom call in phone number automatically pulling in is not a part of this release currently.

  4. Create Instruction from Email

    It would be helpful to create an Instruction from an email rather than having to copy and paste everything into a new instruction from an email.

  5. Daily Report With Changes Highlighted

    It would be helpful to have the ability to run a daily report that shows changes to RFIs or Transmittals highlighted in red from two specific dates.

    We spend a lot of resources determining what changed from one day to the next and it would be lovely to find a what to automate this.

    Hello and thank you for your feedback. I would start by creating a Custom Report. For RFIs you can pull the fields you would like populated in the report. The “created date” field should be pulled in order to see when these items are created. With Custom Reports you can setup a scheduled distribution to yourself, in PDF or Excel form with a frequency of your choice. I should add that the Project Home dashboard includes a section for Recently Changed Items for quick visibility with hyperlinks.   6. Drag and drop window for documents

    I really miss the drag and drop window for the documents section of the jobs. It's MUCH faster than having to navigate. Please reinstate if possible.

  7. Tasks sent from mobile app

    Ability for Tasks to be sent from the Mobile version so field workers who only have access to mobile devices can assign tasks to subcontractors, carpenters or internally within the project team. Currently to send the tasks login to the web version is required which defeats the purpose of a field worker generating tasks.

  8. Be able to import and process with OCR plans and specs from different languages.

    Some projects are managed sometimes in location where it is possible to have plans and specifications in various languages. I want to be able to select the language when I am uploading them before they are being processed.

    We have recently launched two integrations focused in this area.

    BUILDR Warranty management handles tracking and management of post construction warrranties and warranty requests.

  10. Document Upload under Documents Tab

    Put the drag and drop area for Document uploads back on the page when you click on a folder in the Documents Tab. Why was this area hidden under an additional menu with the last update?

    I spend half of my time here uploading single documents - having to click another menu seems a time waste after having it almost be automatic before.

    Hiya all-
    We have added three new filters to the Daily Log tool to help find data quickly.
    -Company
    -Location
    -Log Type

    These filters will begin to roll out today and complete by tomorrow, end of business.

    Filters applied to a daily log are persistent until cleared. If you want to view all entries, click Clear All to clear the filters.

    Also, filtered results will be respected on PDF Exports or if a Daily Log is copied. For example, if you filter by one creator and then click Copy Daily Log, only that creator’s logs will be copied to the date specified.

    Separating the pre construction design drawings/specs from the Drawings tool.
    This helps to separate pre-contract work and post-contract with trade contractors.

We do have Drawings by Area that would allow you to organize drawings by stage, in this case, Precon drawings vs Construction drawings. In terms of Specifications, the best way to keep these organized would be to upload to Documents tool.   13. Punch List - Distribute Punch List Items by Location

    Client would like to see the option to distribute punch list items (on both the web and mobile) by location. In a multi unit property the Punch Manager may be working on a specific floor or area that corresponds to a drawing with linked punch list items in specific locations.

    It would be great to have a way to send out a digest style email of all open punch items which correspond with a specific location or floor on a drawing.

    Thanks for the feedback! Currently you can perform this action in the mobile app by filtering your list page by location and then reviewing and sending those items. The mobile app will respect the applied filters and ONLY send out the Punch items related to that location that had not been sent yet. We have plans to adopt a similar experience on the web version however no timeline is currently available.

    We are happy to announce that we have released the ability to create custom fields within the manpower log. A huge milestone for the customization of the Manpower Log. A first of its kind! This new feature will allow Company Level Admins to add custom fields to a Manpower Log fieldset (required/optional/hidden) to track additional information necessary for their project or company. Users will also be able to pull these custom fields into Custom Reporting to further track progress against ongoing goals.
    Custom field types include:
    -Text
    -Number
    -Checkbox
    -Single-select choice
    -Multi-select choice

    Why
    Project teams are incentivized to log more accurate and complete data by leveraging custom fields reflective of specific contract requirements. With both iOS and Android respecting custom fields, admins can standardize data collection across the entire project team.

  15. Edit Cost Type In Purchase Order

    My idea would be having an option to change the cost type on a purchase order after it has been entered. For the moment we have to delete the information and start fresh when we enter it wrong

  16. Backlog Field

    The "Contract Summary" is a nice report to see all jobs in one place. Backlog is something most contractors would be interested in and it would be nice to see that on the Contract Summary where Backlog is defined as or calculated from Revised Contract-Owner Invoices.

  19. Outlook Plugin - Direct send to tools and add to CC list

    Need to be able to send emails to a direct change event(or other tools) email tabs from outlook.

    Would also be nice to be able to select a Procore email to cc when sending emails via Outlook.

    Hi all-
    Happy to announce we have just released an update to the Outlook Add-in that now supports creation to the following tools:
    —RFIs
    —Tasks
    —Change Events
    —Observations

    This release is an opt-in experience for the next two weeks. To opt-in, Click on your email / user icon in the top right corner of the add-in. At the bottom is a new option to try the new version. Click that, and you are opt-ed in! To opt out and revert back to the initial release, it is the same process. Select your avatar in the top right, and select “Use the old version”.
