  1. New Bidder should receive Bid Docs AND issued Correspondence

    Have the correspondence format identical to the bid format that shows the tab view and resend beside the vendors. When you add additional vendors to a bid invite, you must also go in and send the correspondence, but it brings up the whole bidders list. Would be nice to bring up the new vendor added

  3. Distribute by Trade and/or to Related Trades

    I would a feature to be able to mark a box to get notification for RFIs and Submittals approvals that were not submitted by me or that I am not on the distribution list. This would be in order to track items that will influence my scope of work.

  4. Create Observation from Daily Log

    Create an observation from Daily Logs if a sub has not created a time entry, Allow the observation manager to send this to the trade partner and the PM of that job.

  5. Multiple Assignees for Tasks

    There should be an ability to assign a task to multiple people. If a task is to be completed by multiple people, it helps.

  6. Link Drawings from Modal in other Tools

    As a user I would like to be able to link drawings to other tools without having to go to the drawing first to create a link. Adding a dropdown modal on the creation page of each tool to link a drawing would be helpful.

  8. Inspections - Assign "Responsible Company" to Sections

    For some inspections (e.g. pre-pour checklists, safety walks, etc) there are multiple trades involved. Rather than creating multiple inspections or simply tagging multiple trades in the header it would be most useful implementation of this would be assigning trades by section. The underlying issue is when an inspection has multiple sections for varying trades. Any observations created from a line item would inherit the assignee based on that sections responsible party rather than the inspection POC.

  9. Bulk Download multiple submittal attachments with Markup

    With the new Submittal markup feature, the ability to bulk download attachments no longer exists. This feature is incredibly crucial if team members need to download Submittal documents and there are 10-15 associated documents with each Submittal. It is time-consuming to make those downloads separately.

  10. Show Company Name in Submittal Views

    In Submittals --> View --> Submittal Workflow (section), make it so that the company name of the user is shown.

  12. Create a user facing product/feature roadmap on Uservoice!

    The Uservoice platform supports an internal AND external roadmap feature. If Procore wants to join the big guns like Microsoft and Autodesk then how about letting us know what you're working on so we, the end users, can plan accordingly? While some suggestions/ideas are minor (e.g. allow custom required fields) others may require changes in workflow or new corporate policies. As a potential enterprise customer I think Procore owes it to the ENR100 type contractors as well as everyone else to show us where your priorities are.

  13. Freestyle meeting minutes/note taking option

    The meeting module is very rigid and focuses on task-oriented meetings. It is not ideal, if the the meeting is focused on preliminary planning and brainstorm sessions. It would be nice to have the option to take minutes more freely without needing to create categories etc., but rather a blanks sheet of paper (similar to one note and word). The freestyle option would still have a header with meeting details and an attendance list, but a blank sheet for the main body. The goal would be to select which meeting style is desired when starting a new meeting agenda/minutes.

  15. Filter Canned Reports

    The user sessions report is not very useful to us due to the lack of filters we are able to apply. I wish that we could access something similar to when we do our business review every year, I was told that we could have that sent to us on a scheduled basis but have not see one since our review in February.

    What we would like to see is a report that we can filter by multiple tools, users, and jobs so we can get a good visual of how our superintendents and project managers are utilizing the tools…

  16. Doc Access by Permission Template/Role

    To have the ability to create permission groups in the Document's manage permissions section. User is wanting to group together roles such as supers and other roles to the "Allow Access" field without selecting them manually
