The 'Open' option for Submittal attachments needs to have pagination introduced when viewing. You currently are unable to know what page you are on when viewing a document. This causes issues when cross referencing documents. The only way to find a page is to search for a term. If that term is on multiple pages, you need to click on each search result to find which page you are looking for. This is currently an inefficient way to find page numbers. Please look into numbering the pages how Google Chrome does when viewing in a tab or Adobe does.3 votes

We are happy to announce that we have a feature in early access that will allow you to update the programme % complete from the mobile device. This will update the % complete in the mobile app and the web app.
Note: You will still need to go into your programmme native file and update there. The best way to do this would be to generate a custom report from the Reports tool.

While in the bidding or preconstruction phase of a project, we often get requests for substitutions. It would be great if there was a feature in Procore, similar to the RFI's, that was geared towards substitution requests. It would make tracking this part of the bidding even easier and create a more streamlined process.3 votes

It would be very helpful to be able to integrate with MS Project Online or any other online software schedulers that allow the use of the Project Web App to be used to update a schedule without breaking the Procore Drive/ MS Project Sync.
A direct real-time sync with Microsoft Project Online or adding fully functioning editing ability native to the scheduling module itself would be an ideal scenario.15 votes

Do not like how a Company level custom report on Change Events duplicates a Change Event line for each individual line item within each Change Event. She would like to see each Change Event consolidated to an individual line in the report for an easier way to track and read the data. We now have a “Change Events – Summary” report option in beta testing. This report option produces one line per change event instead of showing each detailed line item (cost code + cost type) in the change event. If you are interested in being part of the beta testing of this report, please let me know.

The ability for one user who logs into multiple companies for the same project that he's working on, to copy or send or something his daily log from company to another company. Its the same project that he's working on in both companies, but he's wasting his time doing the extra daily log, when it would be more efficient to copy from one company to another.9 votes

We are currently in an open beta for Updating % Complete from a mobile device. This functionality will allow users to update the % complete of a schedule task straight from their mobile device. Once updated on the mobile device, that percentage will immediately reflect within the web application. We are still working through the best way to get this information back to the native file, but, if your interested in participating in the open beta, please leave a comment and we will reach out.
We work with a lot of Spanish speaking subcontractors. Aside from google translate (this is tedious) we need a way to translate Procore into Spanish for our subcontractors. Not being able to do this easily within Procore is frustrating for both parties, and can lead to error.9 votes

We are Sage integrated and we would like to be able to filter our JTD costs by dates. Our PM's have monthly meetings with the owner, having cut off dates allows for more actual projection on the project.10 votes
We are in the very early stage of a beta to bring Sage 300 cost transaction detail into Procore, which allows you to access this detail directly from the Budget drilldown links, and allows you to filter that data using an “Actual Cost Through” filter.
The translations from english to spanish are not good, the meanings are not the same, and its actually on spanglish..

For Canada, Australian & New Zealand clients: We have a new tool called Instructions that includes many of the same fields that you likely need for an ASI or Bulletin tool.
For all other regions, we are working to evaluate the tool and client needs. We hope to have something in place soon.
I think it would be beneficial for there to be a way to bulk reassign RFIs or submittals so you don't have to go in individually and change them if someone goes off the project.31 votes
A quick, but an exciting announcement:
We currently have the first release that will begin to address bulk editing workflows ready – “Bulk Replace”. This functionality will allow a user to be replaced by another within the Submittals workflows.
For the initial release, these edits can be requested via support and/or your account manager. We fully intend to make this user-facing, but want to make sure it is working as requested.
We are not stopping here, but feel this release will have a huge impact on the need to bulk edit workflows.
Is it possible to have Procore for Desktop act as a drive on your computer?
i.e. if working on a document (powerpoint, word, excel), on our computer, is it possible to “Save As” and save it directly into the project documents in Procore for Desktop?
That would eliminate having to save it to your desktop or elsewhere, and then uploading it into Procore.436 votes
