Bulk Edit Workflows
Bulk edit workflows - You should be able to bulk edit any workflow by package and by subcontractor - even if the workflow has already begun (locked) in case that particular individual leaves the project. Should be applicable for the CM, subcontractors, and A/E's. Currently you can only edit one single workflow at the time.
We currently have the first release that will begin to address bulk editing workflows ready – “Bulk Replace”. This functionality will allow a user to be replaced by another within the Submittals workflows.
For the initial release, these edits can be requested via support and/or your account manager. Please reach out if you need to quickly replace users in a workflow. We fully intend to make this user-facing, but want to make sure it is working as requested.
Please note, this currently only changes names, not dates.
We are not stopping here, but feel this release will have a huge impact on the need to bulk edit workflows.

Submittal workflow templates. Make it so if you add/remove someone in the template that the change applies to all the submittals that the template is tagged to. This is especially handy if the architect hires a new CA and wants to add them to the team/communication. Currently you need to add the CA on every submittal one at a time, cannot even bulk edit the workflow
Ability to bulk replace a submittal workflow user without emailing support.

when is this going to be available to everyone? Even just changing names is better than nothing, at least it'll get to the right people.

E.G. I apply a worklow at the beginning of the project to all subcontractors items. Then 1 year into the project I want to bulk change their closeout items, I am unable to do so b/c a workflow is already present in all their submittals.
2a. Submittal workflow templates need to allow for inputting blank dates instead of forcing 1 day out from previous step.
2b. Submittal workflow templates need to allow for inputting a date instead of "DAYS TO SUBMIT". Allow date input as well.
3. Submittal BULK PUSH of email notifications out to subcontractors. Need a function to select a submittal, then be able to push/force a Procore email notification out to the subcontractor so they are notified.
- I understand there are notification settings and setting that is ideal, but sometimes right after signing up a sub or talking to them on the phone, I want to bulk push a notification of all their submittals I want.

Have a bulk edit submittal tool that allows the user to change the workflow for multiple submittals. Going into each individual submittal, in case a team member changes, and revising the workflow is a pain.

Ability to update submittal workflow users regardless if the submittal is open or draft. For long projects users come and go.

Would like the option to bulk replace a workflow. In cases when the wrong workflow was applied, this would be helpful and save time editing all the submittals.

Please add bulk edit for submittal due dates. Issues on construction projects arise unexpectedly and original due dates need to be adjusted.

Allow bulk edit of submittal workflows. When a new reviewer needs to be added to the workflow, or when a person needs to have the check mark for "Required" added or removed from their role, allow the bulk edit of a workflow that is in process. Having to make this adjustment on an individual basis for hundreds of submittals is a tedious, very time-consuming task.

Allow the changing of workflow in the event you accidentally assign the wrong one.
Bulk Edit Submittal Workflows (after apporvers have been assigned)
The current restrictions for bulk editing workflows are: all submittals must be in draft status AND no submittal workflow with approvers can be in place.
A workaround would be helpful in the following scenarios:
1) A user mistakenly assigns a workflow to a package that has a wrong submission date that needs to be corrected. They then have to adjust the workflow dates for each one manually
2) The project schedule changes and submittals need to be submitted earlier or later.
Idea: Bulk edit approvers to remove them, then be allowed to bulk edit workflow

Make it possible to replace submittal workflow templates after they've been assigned to submittals. Having to manually adjust workflow on submittals is a waste of time.

Allow for the ability to bulk edit workflows. Sometimes we need to swap out the architect or add an engineer or change who is submitting a submittal for the subcontractor and having to go through and individually change that person on every submittal is repetitive and time consuming.

This is a critical need. Due to the inability/unwillingness of our clients to utilize Procore, we spend significant time editing workflows.

This is one area that needs attention quick. When a reviewer is replaced in the middle of a process rather than editing each submittal one at a time with the new reviewer, a bulk edit would save hours of work.

The ability to bulk edit or delete workflows would be hugely beneficial
