Customize/Configurable Invoice Columns on Detail tab
The ability to customize pay app columns available would be nice. I would like to delete the materials presently stored column as we don't like use it and it sometimes gets stuff entered in it and confuses our accounting dept.

For custom/configurable columns on each contract's Invoice list/log, reference: https://feedback.procore.com/forums/183340/suggestions/19787848
Thanks for the feedback! Our team has reviewed your suggestion and we will update this ticket if we proceed.

It would be nice to configure the columns in the subcontractor tab of the invoicing tool. As new columns begin to be added it would be nice to be able to configure which ones work best for your company.

When working with invoices, the columns are fixed and too wide to see all the pertinent information on the screen. When sliding down and across to view all information, the Cost Code and Description of work column is no longer visible, allowing data to potentially be entered in the wrong columns.
Having a way to size the column width (wrapping text), having a column chooser (filter), or ability to Freeze specific columns would be helpful.

I agree, it would be nice to customize which columns are shown, the simpler the view for the subcontractor and the engineers, the better.

We need this feature to be able to submit them to the title companies and is one of the only hold backs not allowing us to currently use them
Would love to get rid of material presently stored since we don't use that column. Confuses out clients.

The detail page for Pay applications should be able to be editable.

We would like to see the name of the Subcontractor on our G703 / the Detail sub-tab of our Pay Apps. Ideally it would appear in a column next to the Description of Work.

Create an option to disable stored materials on requisitions. We have a number of clients that don't understand stored materials and are not interested in learning, so we have to handle them differently (typical as material line items). it would be a great help if we could disable the stored materials option for requisitions to minimize subcontractor confusion.

It would be nice to be able to re-arrange or remove different headers in the detail view of a pay application.
It would help if we could customise columns on Claim Schedules.
Remove the ones we don't need to show and add ones relevant to the particular job/client.
changing the appearance of a payment application. have the cost code number in one column and the description of that cost code in the next column. Also, get rid of "grand total" box
