Forms - Create Project Specific Forms Templates
Currently, all Form templates created at the Company level are available to ALL projects. Add the ability to create project specific Form templates.
While we do expect to solve for this request in the future, it is not currently prioritized. We will update this ticket as soon as anything changes.

At 96 forms and counting, this is becoming unsustainable and defeats the purpose of Procore. If tools aren't easily organised and project specific then you end up with clutter across all projects, it's almost better to go back to paper at this stage.
Disappointing to see Procore take a backwards step.

If Forms can work functionally like Templates, in that you can assign forms to the Master Project Templates and only those forms copy into a newly created project. We are using Procore in NZ, AU, HK and currently every countries forms are on every project. We just want our New Zealand to see the NZ forms, etc

Would be helpful if forms could be uploaded at the Project level. Also, helpful if forms could be marked inactive at the Company Level.

Didn't realise you couldn't add forms at project level just made a clients pdf into a fillable form then to work out I have to add it at company level.
For us forms are mostly project specific, not very often company specific for our needs any way. Looks like ill be printing all these pages off after all :( !

This is a great idea and over 16 months old. What is the update?

Also having issue with this as I don't need/want project specific forms available on ALL jobs. Hopefully this gets implemented SOON!

Forms is an implemented function. We use it on our project currently

Our company recently signed up for procore, and we were told project level forms is a possibility. Major disappointment that it is not an implemented function. I really can not believe this is not an option already....

Projects often have specific forms (owner-required or otherwise) that should not be available to every project. It seems kind of crazy that all forms are available to the entire company. Not to mention the clutter that it brings. Seems like this wasn't thought out very well...
Hey, and it's almost the 1-year anniversary of this request! Maybe get it done soon?

Another big request. If we want to facilitate a subcontractor using their own forms, we have to make it available to ALL projects rather than that specific project.
1. I would like the Forms Tool to beable to be job specific, (assign certain forms to certain specific jobs)
2. The forms tool add button with the list of possible form templates, should have a folder structure. (example. Folder for safety fillable PDF forms, start up forms, etc.) so they aren't all just listed.

WE NEED THIS!!!!!! If not, I will stop wearing my PROCORE socks... Seriously... Do it PROCORE..

To address McKenzie's comments, the form tool is best utilized through the Procore Mobile App, where forms can be completed and distributed without the need to download and reupload them. This is valuable for field personnel without convenient computer access. I also think the ability to deactivate old forms would be great to avoid clutter. Either that or have a section to select which forms to use from a company wide list (similar to how the cost codes currently work).

As others have said, allow a form to be added to a project (only) so it can be project-specific and not visible everywhere.

Need the ability to limit the form templates per project. in order to reduce the clutter on a projects forms list it would be great to be able to select at the project level what company form templates are to be available on a project basis.

Ability to add Form Templates at the project level would be helpful

This forms tool is currently very poorly developed, it basically is a place where you can download forms to use in bluebeam then upload a completed form, why would anyone do this?? Just put a form in the documents tool and they can download it there fill it out then upload it. At least in the documents tool you can link the form to the drawings, these forms cant even be linked to the drawings or other tools.
I think everyone expected this to be a place where project specific forms can be uploaded and used in ProCore, they could be linked to the drawings, used for inspections, there are tons of forms that each project needs that the next may not need.
If you don't add project specific forms, you might as well just delete this tool, it's practically useless unless it is a project controlled feature. Keep us updated please.

This needs to be addressed immediately.
Dimitris Saratsiotis commented
I totally agree. You could have hundreds of forms to scroll through. Also, you need to be able to edit and delete form templates even if they have been used before just like Inspections. Otherwise, you would have to find each form used and delete.

Allow the creation of a Forms template outside of the Admin tool at the company level. This way permission could be granted to individuals at the company level that should not have Company Admin permissions.
