Submittal QR Code is not Printer Friendly
The submittal QR code generates on a webpage that is not printer-friendly and prints 12 pages of paper if I try to print it. Please enable the ability to PDF this page onto one sheet of paper to make it easier to print.
I am going to merge this with a similar idea for the export on PDF bit.
But wanted to reach out regarding regarding the QR codes only being scanned by the app. The process for scanning QR Codes depends on the type of your phone. Some newer models can scan QR Codes with their camera, while for others, you still need a QR Code app.
I just tested this and the QR codes are supported via third-party QR scanners. Would you mind providing a bit more info here as to what you are using to scan the code?
Add an export option on QR codes to export as PDF.

The QR codes available for submittals could be very helpful. I feel like they should just be included in an export of the submittal. Perhaps in the header content. We often print out the PDF exports and tape/staple/attach to the submittal item itself. A QR code by itself isn't as helpful as the full page with the title.
QR codes should also be able to be read by any qr reader, not just the procore app. That's pretty limiting and I've witnessed it being a deal breaker to users in the field.

You should be able to generate a sticker with a qr code, company logo, name of submittal, submittal number, and title of submittal. then print it wirelessly to a label / qr code printer.

Printing Submittal QR codes should be more streamlined than the current process. The multiple pages that would need to get printed to support 1 pdf seems counterproductive to what we are trying to achieve. When clicking the 'Generate Submittal QR Code', it should populate a pdf rather than another web page.

Allow a way for us to create Submittal QR Codes in bulk. Currently we have to open each individual submittal to generate QR Codes which is extremely time consuming and inefficient.

You can work with Procore's custom forms team to get the QR code right on the cover sheet!

I flagged this with Procore nearly a year ago... great idea and one we'd use but poorly thought out design

Please make this option more user friendly and better looking. Currently when trying to print via the browser, you end up with multiple pages. It would be great to add in the option to EXPORT to PDF. Similar to other items within Procore.

I have this issue and it is making it difficult to properly coordinate with my field team. A resolution soon would be most helpful!
