Please add "Yes" / "No" / "N/A" to your standard list of responses. Currently you only have Pass/Fail and Safe/At Risk.

I agree a Yes/ No/ N/A is needed for me to use this function.

When creating an inspection template, if you plan to utilize a custom response set, you have to individually choose that custom response set for each item. The ability to set your default response set for your templates before you create them would be helpful and would cut down on time spent building these templates.

create my own customer response set for an inspection and then USE IT AS THE DEFAULT RESPONSE PHRASING on an inspection.

Have read the comments and agree we would benefit from the ability to customise the default responses. We want our construction site staff to use the app in the field and need to make it as easy as possible
Yes and No button option for inspections.

Sometimes "pass or fail" or "safe or at risk" do not fit. Sometimes "yes or no" would be more fitting in a form.

Change inspections defaults to whatever wording we want instead of Pass Fail.

I think you should be able to customize the responses. I prefer "complete" "not complete". Each company is different on how and inspection template might be used

Threre should also be a filed for data

Maybe there should be an option to customize the list of responses. This way you could use whatever is applicable to your company.
For example, you could use "Yes" or "No", or you could even have the ability to create more tiers. For example, you could have Good, Satisfactory, Bad with green, yellow, and red colours.
