Specify/Filter Data to be Extracted
Currently, the Extract feature pulls all data from a given tool. It would be beneficial if the data that is extracted could be specified by the user in order to maximize the efficiency of the Extracts tool (i.e excluding empty days from the Daily Log)

Procore desperately needs an option to bulk download submittals from one responsible trade. I have one trade with 95+ submittals and I need to download them all and put on a sharedrive for the customer.
This is brutally time consuming.

It would be extremely helpful if we had the ability to extract documents to the Extracts App in a more customized or filtered way. For example, the ability to extract only the submittals with a specific status.

Client would like the ability to filter in Extracts like the can on the Observations tool to extract certain observations

The ability to filter (current Revision, division etc.) tools before extracting the data

When exporting submittals, I only need the final approved document. All the other documents/attachments are not needed. Just the final stamped approved document. But when I export the submittal tool, I get every pdf/attachment throughout the whole process and then I have to weed through the one to find the submittal that was has all the approvals on it.

I would like to have the ability to bulk download all submittals for a particular subcontractor so we can copy them over to our client's project turnover folders. Procore Extracts app would allow the bulk download of ALL submittals for ALL subcontractors, but we want to be able to do this subcontractor-by-subcontractor as each one's work is completed over the life of the project.

There needs to be the functionality in the extracts tool to download all correspondence in a project that is tied to a particular user. I.e download all correspondence that the client was involved in.

Client would like to be able to select items to extract, instead it bulk downloading everything. They don't like having to go into every item they desire to download (and associated attachments) within the tool in Procore, when it's 5-6 items

When it comes to extracts, we'd love it if we were able to pick/choose which items for a given tool we wanted to extract. If we have 1000 items but only need 200 of them, it's wasted time to wait for the entire 1000 to download.

RFI export tool should have an option to export all RFIs including the attachments to responses to a PDF.
Also, I want to be able to select multiple RFIs to download as a pdf, instead of having to download all RFIs.

Choose a timeline for extracts, say for a two month period instead of the whole job

Currently, to download a PDF of a submittal with all attachments, we need to go into the submittal and export. This then sends an email with a link, where we need to then download and rename as needed. It's a four step process.
It'd be much more efficient to be able to download multiple submittals (or RFIs) at once right from the submittals screen, each with all their attachments, and have the ability to choose the file name based on the available fields.
(ex. for submittals, "[spec section][submittal name].pdf")

It would be great to be able to extract Official Responses Only on RFI's in Procore Extracts just like you can on Web. The web currently exports as a log. It's nice that Extracts exports each RFI as a single PDF. It would be even more nice if we can extract official responses only.

The submittals tool needs a better way to download/extract all APPROVED and final submittal documentation. Currently the extracts tool performs a large data dump with all submitted, reviewed and final attachments - which is more of a mess to sort through than it is helpful. Currently there is no way to produce a bulk export of only approved submittals for closeout/handover. This is a huge piece of a projects end of life cycle and we need a better way to extract this data.

Ability to export data relevant to a particular company/contact would be extremely useful.

Export only certain RFIs--not the full list.

It would be nice to be able to filter and select submittals in a package to bulk download them. It's too tedious to have to go into each submittal and download them individually.

It would be useful to be able to filter the information you want by either date or location or other field. All or nothing doesn't work when there is specific information you are seeking to extract and you there is maybe 300 files you need out of the 5,000 you have in the tool.
Might want to consider enabling bulk downloading the 'open' status drawings.
When viewing packages, to reflect more (unopened) lines than the current 6. And to reflect the Date Sent & Overdue.
It is quite tedious and not user friendly on tracking wise.
