Daily Digest/Summary Emails
I would find it very useful for Procore to implement a daily reporting feature that would give a brief list of all the RFI and Submittal updates/delays(past due dates) that have been made for that day.
Listing, the changes made, who made them, attachments, and have all the information in one place as opposed to numerous emails that are sent out to each user daily…

Although this specific UV is not actively being worked on or prioritized currently, we are making improvements to email timing, email design and more broadly investigating how notifications are delivered to the end user.

User feedback: It is the one common complaint we get from external users about the amount of email traffic that Procore generates. Having one email with each outstanding item on it at the end of a day rather than getting multiple emails throughout the day for each individual item would decrease the clutter and missed emails.

This would increase the impact of notifications drastically, currently users can receive hundreds of Procore emails daily, if users received one digest email showing all open items in their BIC across all projects in an account it would help increase the use and efficacy of Procore emails. It doesn't need to span across accounts, even just one summary/digest notification per Procore account. Currently the hundreds of notices users receive means the majority of them are ignored, sent to a sub folder, or deleted in bulk.

If possible i'd like to get 1 email at the end of the day notifying me of all project updates (drawings updates, RFIs, submittals, etc.)

My only other option is to create a "Dummy" e-mail just for the massive amount of e-mnails coming out of procore.

I would like to be able to schedule an active link of all the changes made in Procore for the day and have it auto distribute in the evening so it is available next morning for my Trade Partners per project. I would also like to be able to send immediate notifications as needed on individual items if required.

Please offer the option for end users to be able to get a daily summary of all activity (opened/BIC shift/comments added/closed/etc) across all item types. While it is important for some people to get notifications for every action, other people who are tagged on an item don't care about all the other changes - especially when they are on multiple jobs. I would not want to see an option to be able to opt out of all emails, but a daily digest would be very useful.

Procore *admin* team members can select to not receive emails from Procore at all, the project specifically or for particular categories, no matter what they've already been added to. That, or, they can select to receive a weekly summary of the emails they would receive or a daily summary.
This would really help individuals who get a ridiculous amount of emails and don't need the spam or individuals who have left the project and don't need to receive all emails they were previously subscribed for (distributions/auto-distributions).

Issue is the same at everyone else's, need customization on the automated email "Due Item Digest," to prevent emails coming in at 3, 4, 5 AM.
This is especially true for the Observation tool. We need customization on these so emails are not sent w/ every little change. Preferably only a digest would be sent for these.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to customize Overdue notifications for RFIs and Submittals. Currently, overdue emails are only an "all or nothing" item, meaning architects are either not notified that items are overdue or receive an email for every single item.
It would be best if we could have one email sent out on Monday mornings (and maybe other days) with a list of all overdue items.
