Distribute by Trade and/or to Related Trades
I would a feature to be able to mark a box to get notification for RFIs and Submittals approvals that were not submitted by me or that I am not on the distribution list. This would be in order to track items that will influence my scope of work.

Currently, you can only input a single responsible contractor for RFIs. There are RFIs that may affect multiple contractors. It would be nice to incorporate them when setting up the General Information of the RFI.

The Responsible Contractor tab has made some things difficult since it restricts it to only one subcontractor. Often times an RFI involves multiple subs but I cannot put them all on there.
Putting the subs in the Distribution List is not approved practice by my company standard because it includes the sub on the correspondence before an answer is finalized and can lead to confusion and risk; however, my worry is that I’ll create an RFI and not be able to include the necessary subs so that they know an RFI is in place about something and to ask before proceeding with any work related to that RFI. They would only be notified at the end or I have to remember to send outside or extra Procore emails to make sure they remember there is an RFI in pending. Can Procore modify this tab to include multiple subs?

We only want one sub to reply even tho we have copied other subs to keep them in the loop.

Add "Trade(s)" parameter into the submittal tool.
Responsible Contractor for RFI should automatically be added to RFI distribution list

This will be very helpful.

This feature would be super helpful, eliminating extra steps to get the information to multiple sources.

This feature would be super helpful, as many of our RFI's touch two or three subcontractors. It would be very helpful to see who to collect pricing from once an RFI is closed if that information was already spelled out in the general information.

Add a feature that allows you to have separate RFI lists in 1 project? Ex. Roofing RFIs, Plumbing RFIs, etc

There should be a field in the RFI to select a trade. If we filter to multiple trades, it would be greatly effective in sending pertinent RFI's to new subcontractors as they are hired.

Would be very helpful to have an 'Add trade' selection to RFI & Submittal tools to identify disciplines easier.

It would be nice if you could set up a distribution list for each trade when creating, updating, etc.. Submittals. User does not want to receive emails regarding other trades besides their own when they are on the mass Distribution list in the configure settings.

Add a trade column to Submittals for filtering/reporting purposes. This would help with organization

Under responsible contractor when writing an RFI it would be a great feature if we had a choice to include multiple effected subcontractors.

There should be a selection to identify the Discipline of an RFI, IE: Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, etc.
This can help greatly with filtering RFIs and can assist the project team with identifying possible affected trades or consultants that would need to be copied on the RFI

Working with all Submittals private by default... Giving subcontractors read-only access to all Submittals is too broad and adding them individually to each submittal's Distribution List can be inefficient (especially when there's multiple sub contacts).
An option to give them read-only access only to their associated Responsible Contractor's submittals would be much simpler. Maybe there could be a secondary checkbox for Private, something like "Visible to Responsible Contractor."

Add Trade dropdown option to RFIs

It would be great if there was a way to apply placeholders for trades on an RFI so that once they are on-boarded, we can mass-apply the contractor to the trade and they are reflected in the workflow. This way, all of the trades necessary are aware of past RFIs that are relevant to them.
