Punch List - Send Digest Emails
Punch List should allow for more Digest Emails to be sent beyond the initial notification to the Assignees.

The observations tool allows you to combine all observations from a job site walk to one concise email. I would like to suggest the same functionality for punchlist items.

When sending out Punch List items, especially when setting up initial Punch Lists for a large project, there are individual emails for each item which can lead to the Distribution and Assignees to receiving an extremely large number of emails. The option to complete entries and then "submit", which would prompt 1 email to each recipient would make for a much cleaner process as well as a less cranky project team when their email In Box isnt overloaded with repetative information.

Please make it so that when you are sending the Punch List items to assignee's in bulk, they get 1 consolidated email as oppose to 50 individual emails.

On the Punch List feature, when you close a bunch of items, it sends multiple emails to the final approver. Architects have been complaining about getting 100+ emails to review punch items, filling their inbox. When resolving punch items, it shouldn't send an email, and at the top of the "Punch List" screen, add a button to say something along the lines of "Send all ### Punch Items to Final Approver" so they only get one email to review the list of resolved items.

When a punch item is updated by the punch manager and is ready for the final approver to review, an individual email is sent for every item. We have over thousands of punch list items on a project which equals an unmanageable amount of emails to the Final Approver (the design team). Please update the notification that is sent to the final approver to be a summary email that is either triggered by the team from the desktop (similar to observations) or is sent every 24 hours with an updated list. With the way notifications are currently sent we cannot use the final approver role int he way intended, our architect finds the numerous emails unacceptable.

This should include comments/responses made in addition to status changes. The initial email for 500 punch items is great but when responses and comments start coming in our teams (and collaborators) become overwhelmed with email notifications.
