YES! We need presets for stock settings such as bid due date or duration, reminder frequency, etc. When you;re creating dozens, having to click on the same option over and over is a simple waste of time when it could be so easily automated

Import and having templates for bidding should be a must at this point. Very difficult to build package after package...

Templates that you can edit and pull from for creating bid list. Not pulling from previous bid lists, but custom made lists that can be re-used.

I would like to create directory of bidders that I can update as needed, and be able to invite that list to bid new projects. I know there is a tool to use bid list from previous bid packages, but that does not incorporate new subs that were added after that package was created

The idea is for a bulk upload tool similar to the one used for uploading users or companies with an excel sheet to procore. But this would be for the Tendering tool to upload tender packages. All the basic information except tender docs really. As most of the tender package names, #'s etc can be carried over projects, it would be a matter of uploading the correct documents after the bulk upload is complete.

Create an option in the Directory so that we can make bid list distribution lists or templates. Then instead of creating a bid list by selecting individual companies or by pulling a bid list from a previous job, we can pull in a clean copy of a pre-selected bid list that we can work with to either add or delete scopes and companies. This would be a HUGE time saver and move Procore farther ahead in the subcontractor management software arena.

It would be very helpful to be able to set up a project level bid package template so that we could enter the bid information one time, and not for every different package going out to bid.

Would like to create 1 bid package template that has all of the RFPs and subs pre-entered. So that all I have to do is upload the project information into the existing template and send it out to the subs for bidding.

On the search for bidders page add an option to search for a distribution group to pull vendors to invite.

When creating the bid packages for a project most of the time the general scopes of work and lay out of the instructions are going to be similar for each project in Procore. The ability to copy a previously bid projects or a template projects packages would save an immense amount of time when some one needs to create 30+ various bid packages.

Bid Packages - There is a lot of work that going into creating our Bid Packages for each project. It would be very beneficial to be able to either copy Bid Packages from one project to another or to be able to have a Template Project with Bid Packages that can be transferred to new project when they are created with the Template Project.
