This would be very much appreciated. It is a time consuming process to download items individually from a transmittal as there can be upward of 20-30 attachments at times.

    Thank you

When we deliver a list of many document, sometime transmit 1000 Documents, people will receive a list with 1000 documents and they could not download that 1000 document in one files.
It driving everybody crazy when click 1000 time to get 1000 files.

Please add this function of download as ZIP file - all system have this function and this is very important

It feels like the Transmittals tool is archaic and has not kept up with the design of the rest of the system. We absolutely need to offer our users the ability to download all attachments, in the same way as they can with submittals, RFIs, etc.

An automatic download feature would be very helpful. When an RFI/submittal is posted, the transmittal and any attachments are immediately downloaded to a local directory of the users choosing.

This Button is important to speed up, downloading drawing for clients. The feedback is that they don't want to use the program because of this. Procore you need to place this button on the transmittal as well.
It is on the RFI's so why is it not on the Transmittal as well ? please update ASAP.

We'd like the transimttals to print to pdf with the attachments that we inserted in to the document so it is one condensed file that can be shared outside of procore
