Customize Procore Generated Email Subject Lines
Customize Procore generated email subject lines. Rather than automatically using the entire project name, or no project name in the email subject, there should be a place to choose a custom project email subject prefix. (For example: One of our projects is called the Fire Station #10 and Logistic Support Center. We have abbreviated that to FS10/LSC. We prefix all project emails with "FS10/LSC:") Currently, when choosing to email an RFI response, the subject doesn't even include the project name. When submittal action emails are sent, it uses the full project name. Some consistency and customization here would be great.

Either customized email subject lines, or consistent email subject lines would be helpful. Customizing a standard default would be best.
Right now, RFI, Submittals, Bids, Transmittals, etc. all have different information in their email subject lines. It feels rather unprofessional. Especially when we don't know what it is before it is sent.

Email subject lines with Procore are inconsistent with each tool used. Currently emailed transmittals show the transmittal number and title. Instructions tool only includes the number, no title. Therefore our subcontractor do not pay attention to some email vs others because the subject line does not grab their attention.
Procore should allow us to customize our subject lines or at the very least, keep all the tools consistent when the email function/distribution is used, so the incoming emails all say the same important information (job name, tool number and title name).
