Great that you can now track the analyics in Procore. However, the Skilljar app would let you export a report by certification, and sort the list view columns. Any thoughts on an upgrade for Procore?

Ya there needs to be much more including the aforementioned functionality here. It's a new offering but a significant step back from what was already available. including how the permissions are set up this introduces un needed complexity to this capacity. this went from being pretty simple and easy to manage to a painful process.

Please do this! It takes a long time to manually pull data to share with teams.

I need the ability to see exactly what courses modules were completed or not instead of just 80% complete. We dont use a couple tools so I allow my team members to skip those areas. With it only showing 80%, I don't know which module they skipped or what they still have to complete.
It is a requirement of ours that new employees complete the online training in full before they are given access to their project. We've had employees that like to skip through the videos. I have to verify that the employees actually watched the videos instead of only watching 1 sec. and getting credit for the video.
Please bring back Skilljar until these features are added to the Procore analytics.

I would also like to see the tool be available by permission set vs. only to company admins. The company admin position has to be strictly limited in big companies, but the ability to audit team member training progress should be available to people in all areas of the company. To tie Analytics access to company admin permissions makes the tool more of a burden than a help. This would be slightly alleviated if the data was exportable, but it isn't. So we can't even sent reports to projects managers, training coordinators, etc. that need the information.

Also missing is the ability to drill into a person's certification activity and see how much time was spent in the modules or what modules have been completed. The purpose of Skill Jar (and now analytics) is to audit team member training progress and confirm or course correct as needed. Without true analytic data that helps drive decisions and actions the tool is pointless.

I don't want to have to generate print screen reports on something like this that we press so ******* our users to complete.

Great that it's included within Procore. However, to make it an effective and efficient tool, we need to be able to filter (especially by Student) and export data to excel and pdf.

We need to be able to filter to make this useful. Would like to filter by role/teams and 'pin' to the top the training that's being monitored/required. Also unsure how to assign training to users...

I agree with everything that has been posted so far. It's great the data is in Procore, but it's very difficult to effectively work with and track training status when it's not easily exportable.
Chris Connor commented
Great addition but just like the previous comments, it would be very useful to be able to extract this data to feed into our training department.

Only show groundbreak certs if you completed/attended groundbreak - this causes clients to search for these certs which are not available unless you were an attendee

great tool but we need to exort the data

It's great that this moved inside of Procore, but definitely need the ability to filter the data, especially to see only the courses that have been registered for (the list is very long) or by the student.
