Procore should not remove DocuSign default expiration settings
When we push a CCO or PCO to DocuSIgn, Procore removes the default settings for expiration and reminders. This means the envelope does not have any reminder emails sent and the expiration date is pushed out for 120 days.
Procore should not remove the default settings of DocuSign

Thank you for your feedback! This has been shared with the product team. We will update this ticket if we pursue this idea.

Our DocuSign envelopes are expiring early, they are expiring around 120 days when we had it set to 600. Unfortunately, we don’t get notified by DocuSign like we do when a document is ready for signature, declined, or voided so it sits in Procore in a pending ball in court status but in DocuSign it’s in a “Voided” state. But “Voided” envelopes due to expiration date do not get distributed to the sender like a normal voided envelope does.
Additionally reading that the recipients may also not be receiving the reminders we have set up is an issue as well.
We would greatly appreciate this getting resolved. Thank you.

When sending Procore documents to DocuSign (commitments, CCOs, PCCOS, etc.) the defined DocuSign envelope expiration settings are overridden by the Procore API which reverts the envelope expiration settings to the DocuSign default. With Procore overriding the settings, this means every single envelope must have the Advanced Options re-set to the defined standard every single time. This integration should save time however it has introduced extra steps into the process for every single envelope sent. The alternative is to create a mass amount of templates, this will retain the settings however also introduces additional steps to the process. Please update the API to allow client settings to flow through.

removal of the reminders is the biggest drawback for this integration. Please find a way to keep this Docusign feature
