Zoom Integration: Add Meeting Details to Calendar
Regarding the calendar event and how it integrates with your calendar, ideally it would add the call in info automatically and any other relevant Zoom info right to the invite itself. One of the nice functions that Zoom does well in Outlook calendar is it gives you a one button call in, meaning you hit one button from your phone and you are dialed in. As it stands now, you have to save the Procore email notification and then you can't dial in until you click the link, there is no call in info available ahead of time in the email itself or the calendar invite.

We are happy to announce the video conferencing link field within the meetings tool now pulls into a calendar item through the .ics file. This can be accomplished when receiving the distributed agenda and adding the item to your calendar or via the support article below.
The Zoom call in phone number automatically pulling in is not a part of this release currently.
We hope this meets your expectations, but please let us know if it does not.

Showing all zoom information to be clickable from the email as well. All the zoom detail is important to show, then users that call in has that link and number.

Hello Admin.
I am not seeing the meeting details added into the BODY of the meeting planner. I do see a link added to the location field, but that is not a clickable field. Also, there are no CALL-IN details anywhere in the meeting planner. We have many folks that will use an actual telephone to attend the meeting, and there is no provision for that. -

As someone who joins many zoom meetings a week, this process is not eliminating any work. Still creating meetings in Procore and then in Outlook. Without this sync we have to rely on each recipient to add to their own calendar or we send the Outlook invite as well. This is a great first step but we all live by our calendar.

I agree. It actually adds work/time to use the zoom integration. Our team lives by their outlook calendars and count on meeting planners to include all the necessary information for a meeting. If the planner doesn't include that zoom connection information, it holds little value. Also, since it originates outside of Outlook, the meeting planner must be opened and saved from the email, which takes more time than just accepting a meeting planner.

The new zoom option is great when adding to meetings but after I send the Meeting Agenda to the attendees and they add it to their calendar there isn't an option to show the zoom meeting details. It would be nice if the zoom meeting information was also populated into a calendar invite so attendees can easily find the zoom details.
