[Docusign] - Permissions to View Docusign Banners
Currently, ONLY admin users to the respective tool in Procore can view Docusign Banners. It would be very beneficial to allow users with other permissions to view these banners. This could mean creating permissions for Docusign in general. ie. all users with 'read only' permissions can see the docusign banners on all tools that docusign is integrated with. Users with 'standard' permissions to docusign could interact with the banners across all tools and 'admin' users can actually configure the integration for all tools.

We have to do the same work around that Kardi Barton mentions. We have to download and then save every executed document as an attachment.
It would be nice for other users to see who the ball in court is without being admin of the tool. For example, PCCO. My owner would like to see who the ball in court is (who is holding up the PCCO) But I dont want to give the Owner full Admin permissions for the Prime Contract!

The details of a contract can come into question at multiple stages. There are several people that could need this information. Currently, it can be very difficult to access the information when needed. It would be helpful if DocuSign documents came back so that anyone with access to Procore can see them.

As of right now, our current workaround will be "...take every signed DocuSign and replace the attachments with the signed version of the entire DocuSign packet so that the supers (who CANNOT have admin access) can access... We also will have to do the same for all change orders."
- Sean McCaffrey - Director of Purchasing"One reason the guys in the field need to see the signed contract is when they are in dispute about what work the subs are responsible. It must be frustrating to be in the middle of a dispute and not be able to access the right documents.
There is a wider issue here, too. After Katie left, I had a hard time being about to open Docusigns that she had sent. My thinking is that the Docusign document needs to be sent back to Procore in such a way that the signed document can be opened independent of any DocuSign account."
