  1. Raise the Character Limit on Commitment Numbering to 20 Characters

    Purchase Order (PO) numbering needs to allow more than 12 characters. Our project # alone is 10 characters which limits how many POs we can have per job

  2. [Change Events] - Ability to Send RFQs to Users/Vendors in the Directory That Don't Have a Commitment on the Project

    Currently, in order to send an RFQ to a vendor, the vendor MUST have a contract/commitment on the project. Then you can send the RFQ to a user who has 'standard' permissions on the commitments tool and more importantly has the ability to view the commitment. In some cases, I need to send an RFQ to a user/vendor that does NOT have a commitment on the project which is currently not possible.   4. Integrate the SOV for PCCO's into the Prime Contract SOV, and CCO's into the Committment SOV's

    Each PCCO and CCO creates a separate SOV specific to the PCCO and CCO. The original (base contract) SOV is not updated with the change order data. The change orders should be added to the existing SOV's not a separate schedule of values. The SOV's for both Prime Contracts and Subcontracts (Commitments) should always total to the current contract amounts.

  6. Unapproved Variations (PCCO) on Head (Prime) Contract CLaims (invoices)

    We need the ability to claim (invoice) against unapproved head contract variations (PCCOs). This is important as it will allow cash flow on variations that are approved in principal, but not yet resolved.

  7. Pending or Overdue Potential Change Orders Showing on Dashboard

    Think it is necessary to show the pending/overdue Potential Change Orders on the Project Dashboard (just as it currently shows Prime Contract Change Orders). When a Potential Change Order is sent out for approval, it is so easily forgotten if not consciously going to check on it via the Prime Contract or Report regularly. Hard to keep a visual on the Change Management status with them tucked away in there.

  8. Change Default View in Portfolio

    User would like the ability to click on the Portfolio tool and have it default to the Budget variance report, which is currently found under the Financial Views tab, on the Portfolio tool. Currently when you choose the Portfolio tool, it defaults to the main portfolio page and user has to click into the Financial view subtab to view the budget variance report.

  9. Allow users to add Description to Unit of Measure

    Please allow users to add a Description when entering a new unit of measure to the master list. It will also be beneficial to add inches and miles to the Master list to the category. Both are very common units of measurements.

  10. DO NOT like the Financial Line Items Adder Update

    We do NOT like the new financial line item adder update! We went from having to click a couple times to create a SOV to now having to click numerous time to create a SOV. This is not efficient at all. Updates should be making our lives easier and the process quicker and more efficient. This is not the case with this update.

  11. Direct Cost: Flagging duplicate line items

    While creating direct cost items (or importing) for direct cost type "Invoice", there is a field called "Invoice #" that is used to flag any duplicate line items (if that field is used).
    However, when selecting types payroll or expense, there is no equivalent field that would detect any duplicate pay.

    It would be valuable to have "pay stub #" and "receipt #" optional fields that when used can flag any duplicate expenses or pay. This is particularly important for expenses as there is no other tool that could help manage our expense list like there are for Timesheet (payroll)…

  13. PCCO Description Override

    We are ERP integrated with Sage 300 and we are having difficulties with the PCCO Description that populates from the Change Event. If someone has forgotten/missed the description and generates a PCCO, when it goes through to Sage, it is delivered without a description and we have to make the correction in Sage, and therefore Procore & Sage are not actually "synced".
    Also, we have situations in which our PCCOs go out as requests and the Client wishes to see their issued CO #, but there is not way of getting this onto the line item without either deleting the…

  15. PCO status to Approved when assigned to PCCO

    Once PCO's are approved, we then put them in a PCCO. However, when you attach a PCO to a PCCO Procore automatically updates the PCO status to DRAFT even though it has been APPROVED. Is it possible to keep the APPROVED status for when PCO's get included into a PCCO? It is very confusing when you have dozens of PCO's that are in various stages and the APPROVED PCO's say DRAFT.

  16. Compile Backup Verification

    In the invoice module there is no way to “tag” an invoice as having already had the Compile Backup ran and sent to AP for processing. For “misc invoices” that come in throughout the month, we want to be able to compile in small batches to AP for processing throughout the month, but there is no column or status to see what you have or haven't compiled without referring back to past reports or keeping a separate list in Excel or Word.

  17. Separate Supplier SOV for PO Invoices

    As a Spectrum ERP client, it's much easier for us to enter a PO as 1 LS with the total amount with taxes to have it ERP over to Spectrum correctly. This is causing an issue with the Invoicing tool because unless we remember to shift the calculation to Manual, then the Invoicing screen will only let us enter Quantity and not Dollar Value. So if you do a 1 LS PO, you have to figure out what percentage of 1 the dollar value is that you're trying to invoice. Purchase Orders need to have a separate Supplier SOV where…

  19. Subcontractor Invoices - Invoice Description Field (Sage 300 CRE Integration)

    The "Invoice Description" field is missing from the new integration allowing Subcontractor invoices to be sent from Procore to Sage 300 CRE. The invoices sync to Sage with no description in the Header field. This really inhibits many of the reports in Sage OR requires us to revise every invoice in Sage, which really defeats the point of the integration in the first point.

  20. Budget - Customize Committed Costs pop-up

    It would be helpful to have an option to customize the Committed Costs pop-up when selecting an amount in the Committed Costs column. Sometimes contracts have 100 plus line items and viewing these lines in the budget is tedious. It would be helpful to put the line items in categories or summaries and only show the summaries in the budget.
