  1. ERP Invoices with Tax Groups

    Currently we cannot even ERP any of our subcontractor's invoices due to the fact that we are using tax codes for each of our projects. Procore did not take in consideration tax when creating financials for Procore and it shows in every new idea that comes out.

    We cannot use even utilize a function that we are paying for. Can we please add where we can ERP invoices for Subcontracts even though we have tax groups?

    Would like the ability to change the names of the date fields within a Prime Contract.

  3. [Financials] - Round Up Total Amounts Only, Not Each Line Item Amount

    It would be very beneficial and much more accurate if the amounts in a commitment, prime contract, etc. were to only be rounded at the total amount - not for each individual line item. I use quantity and unit cost when entering line items and when each line item gets rounded up, it causes the total of these lines to be off. If the individual line items were to not be rounded up, just the total amount, the total amount would be much more accurate.

  4. Purchase Orders - Pull from Material Database

    Currently, PO line items must be manually entered (or uploaded from a csv). This is very cumbersome and time consuming, especially when ordering a large amount of material. It also causes issues when reporting on materials ordered due to typos and different descriptions of the same material.
    A material database that PO descriptions can pull from upon creation would help streamline and standardize the PO process significantly - reducing errors and increasing productivity.

  5. Auto-fill sub invoice creation date

    When subs currently create and submit their invoices, the Period Start, Period End, and Billing Date is pre-filled with what the contractor set. Some subs may submit multiple invoices through the month and get paid at the end of the month depending on whether or not they submitted their invoices by the cutoff date. Although this information can be viewed from the change history of the individual invoice, it would be much easier if there was an invoice creation field that pre-filled automatically with the actual date when invoices were created instead of the start date.   7. Approved and Executed Contracts/Change Orders with Custom Workflow should no longer show in My Open Items

    Contracts or Change Orders with a custom workflow that have been marked as 'Executed' should no longer show in a user's My Open Items.

    Currently, contracts or change orders with an Approved status will remain in a user's My Open Items, even if it is marked as 'Executed'

  8. Sage 300 Job Cost Transaction sync creates UBLIs on Budget

    Procore clients using the Sage 300 Job Cost Transaction sync need to be able to either
    a. clear reversed transactions to wrong cost codes, or
    b. have a better way to filter out Unbudgeted Line Items from the Budget tool.

    When coding a transaction in Sage if it is accidentally coded to a wrong cost code the intial entry and correction both show up in the Procore Direct Cost tool, which triggers an UBLI that you can not get rid of. Lots of mistakes happen when entering invoices so this is becoming a blocker for implementing this great new feature.

  9. Financial Markup Description

    Would like there to be a description field tied to financial markups so that when they are added to change events the description will pull in with the associated line. Right now the markup does not have a description field and when added to a change event only pulls in cost code and profit, no descriptor

  10. Add REVISED to invoices with changes after being changed to "under review" status

    when needing to make a revision to an already submitted pay app - procore should automatically write "revised" by the pay app number or allow the creator to type it in

  11. Financial Tools - Date Association

    As a user, I need the ability to assign dates related to all financial tool activities (create, edit, delete) in order to place the results of the activity in the proper date-driven reporting period (ie, monthly or a custom date-range period). With user-defined dating, date range and date cutoff reporting would then be possible.

  12. Prime contract list view should change when Invoicing is not enabled

    When Invoicing is not enabled the prime contract list view should not show the columns for Invoices, Payments received, and Percent paid. If there is not a way to change the numbers from $0 and 0% they should not be shown. It is confusing to the PMs when the invoicing and payments are tracked elsewhere.

  13. Configurable Fieldsets for Financial Tools

    The configurable fieldsets for Quality and Safety tools should be extended into Financial tools.

    There are a significant number of fields in Variations (Change Orders) and Commitments that should have the option for required / optional / hidden.

  15. Subcontractor CCO breakdown from pcco

    When breaking down the cost in the PCCO level the breakdown should be broken down at the CCO level as well. Not combined into an overall total.

  16. Shipment Tracking

    For every project, we may have suppliers in different countries and would, therefore, need to track the logistics for each item on a commitment purchase order submitted.

    Currently, we use an excel sheet, place all the PO#'s, then have checkboxes that indicate the various shipment stages, for example:

    Ordered, Order Processed, Shipped, At Freight Forwarder, Shipped, Arrived, Cleared Customs, Delivered to Site/Warehouse.

    This is not categorized by each item, but instead the PO# only, of course to eliminate the administrative nightmare of having to type all those items on one sheet.

    Is there a way for Procore to track this…

  18. Budget view - filter change events by custom statuses

    It would help if users are able to filter the Change Events source column by their custom statuses. Since users are able to set up custom statuses, it would beneficial for them to be able to filter the CE source columns by these statuses in Budget Views for more in-depth data.

  20. Warning when entering a commiment if it exceeds budgeted amount for the cost code

    When entering a commitment in Procore, add a warning and/or error if the amount is greater then the budgeted amount for the cost code.
