    'global directory' where a sub/vendors can place their name, contact and trade(s) info to a nationwide database for GCs/Owners to pull.

    When adding new users to the Directory, allow for automatic update of all Distribution Groups.

  4. Company Directory INACTIVATE in Contact

    Like the new inactivate BULK EDIT feature, but would still like to be able to inactivate within the contact. I like to add notes as to when and why inactivating the person and it would be easier to do it within the contact rather than updating and taking the extra step to come back to a bulk edit to finish the process.

  5. Include project roles and distribution groups in the project template

    User would like to set up roles and distribution groups that are set up the same for most projects, but have them copy over from the template rather than having to set them up per project.

  6. EIN Security/Privacy

    Allow more detailed setting to hide/mark as private the EIN for vendors in the directory. Prefer to globally hide EINs/limit access.

  7. Setting to restrict commitments on ERP-linked projects to only allow ERP-linked Vendors

    Please add a project-level setting that restricts commitments on ERP-linked projects to only be written against ERP-linked Vendors. We should still be able to add non-ERP-linked vendors to the project directory, but not issue commitments to them.

  8. Filter out specific users by project roll from Project Directory export

    We need a way to filter out specific users from the project directory export.
    For example, we have a group of users that have access to all projects as they assist with training; however they are not directly associated with the job. We need to be able to "hide" them by default from the Project Directory export without having to filter by everyone's name.

  12. Insurance Certs should be "by project"

    Insurance certificates need to be created on a per project basis. Currently insurance cert info is posted to the company level directory as if you only need one certificate for each subcontractor each year. However, best practices requires that every subcontract have its own certificate since each subcontractor has a separate subcontract for each project. Each project could have different coverage requirements and exemptions. More importantly, at least in CT, we require each insurance cert issued by a sub name our client and our company as "Additional Named Insureds" on each certificate. Obviously this would be different for every project.…

  13. Ability to Bulk Edit settings within the Company Directory

    Need the ability to bulk edit settings within users directory listings - specifically the 'Is employee of [Company Name]?' setting for using the company level Timecard tool

    It would be helpful to be able to add custom fields in the Directory, ie. a Bonding Aggregate section in the subcontractor's info

  15. Make updating insurance easier

    Most subs keep the same insurance from year to year. It would save a lot of time if we had the ability to edit the expiration date in the insurance tab instead of having to add new insurance line items each time.

  18. Associate A Cost Code With An Employee

    When creating a Timecard entry, client would like the cost code field to auto-populate when they select an employee. Perhaps create a field in the directory to auto-associate a cost code per that employee?

  19. Tracking Certificates of Insurance after project is "inactive"

    Once a project is deemed "inactive" we are no longer able to track expired certificates of insurance. We are required to obtain current certificates of insurance for all vendors/subcontractors for up to 2 years after a project has completed.

    My suggestion is to have the tracking function for expired certificates of insurance to continue once the project is deemed "inactive".

    Client would like the ability to create a custom report on company ratings within the documents report as opposed to just the tendering tool.
