Vista Budget Modification Integration
It would be helpful if there was an option within the Budget Modification tool to allow it to integrate to Vista Viewpoint on the budget (phase code) side as well as the contract (SOV) side.
Many clients require an updated SOV and the using the current tools at hand this is a 3-step process (1-issue commitment CO, 2-create budget modification in Procore, 3-create identical budget transfer in Vista for SOV side). Please consider this option to make it a 1 or 2 step process.

Add Prime Contract Amount to CO Export Log
From the Prime Contract Change Order tab, add the total Prime Contract Value (original) to the Export CO Log as a PDF option. This would give a full summary of the Prime Contract including all PCO's and PCCO's.

Photos: Description and Location (Required or Optional Setting)
One of our photo documentation requirements is to add a description and location (once locations have been created) to each photo uploaded to Procore.
This allows stakeholders to quickly identify the subject of the photo. Photos without a description can easily fall into the adage "A photo is worth a thousand words.", which can be distracting or confusing.
The ability to toggle a required or optional setting for photo descriptions and/or locations would help alleviate this problem.

Disable Unit of Measure Functionality
Having the ability to disable the Unit of Measure feature when inputting costs. This new feature is cumbersome and tedious.

Now, when you disable Unit-Based columns in the Change Event tool, the line item adder in Change Events also respects that configuration and removes the additional unit based columns, creating a more streamlined process when entering in your Change Event line item information.

Vertical Markups (i.e. for Sales Tax, Discounts, Etc.) for Purchase Orders
Need to be able to add vertical markups to purchase orders (i.e. to apply Sales Tax, Discounts, etc.). It's hard to believe that Procore's commitments tool cannot handle these types of line items on purchase orders. Currently, we are forced to do a manual calculation and then add a line item to include these common items in a purchase order. This should work no differently than vertical markups do on subcontracts.

Portfolio Funding Management
Owner clients that manage funding at the portfolio/program level need to track funds that can then be allocated/applied down to individual projects. As funds are applied to projects, client would then be able to report on remaining funds at portfolio/program-level. Solution would need to support multiple program-level funding sources, if an owner sources funding from a variety of sources like outside equity, bonds, in-house capital, etc.

Commitment Settings
We would like to see an attachment section added to the Configuration Settings of the Commitments tool. We have quite a few projects that are Tax Exempt that we have to include documentation for each commitment. It would be nice to attach the docs in settings and have them automatically added to each commitment. It would be a huge time saver.

Bulk Assign permission templates from the project level directory.
We need to be able to bulk assign/edit assigned permission templates from the project level directory. This will allow us to edit a large list of users for a specific project.

release retainage
Retainage Release entered by a Subcontractor should go through an approval step by the Contractor before taking effect on an invoice. Otherwise it may go unnoticed, which is contrary to typical contract language in standard agreements. See https://help.aiacontracts.org/instructions_a401-2017/, article 11.1.8.2 "A provision for reducing retainage should provide that the reduction will be made only if the Contractor judges that the Work is progressing satisfactorily"

Observations - Add Origin Item Filter
The client would like the Observations tool to include an origin item filter option, so that it would allow the Observations to note the exact item the Observation originated from. For instance, the client could like to know more than the origin type that recently became available. Instead of just knowing the Observation came from an Inspection, the users want and need to report on which specific Inspection Template the Observation originated from. This filter option should also be enabled in the Reports tool.
A couple of possible filter options could include:

Thank you for the feedback. It is worth noting that our Reports tool does allow for “Origin Title” as an additional reportable field within Observations which can be used to “Group By” as well. This request will be discussed with our engineering team and will be updated appropriately.

RFI link on drawings bypasses "Permissions" and "Private" settings
Published RFI's on drawings are accessible by any user that has "Read Only" or higher permissions on the drawing tool. this allows a user with permissions of "NONE" on the RFI tool to read the RFI questions and the "Official Response" in the popup on the drawing. They can also download attached PDFs from the popup.
This includes RFIs marked as "Private"!

Directory - Users Current Project Settings
The Current Project Settings, where we provide access to projects, in the Directory needs some major updates.
1. Project Templates should not be included in this list.
2. We should be able to filter out Post-Construction/Warranty jobs.
3. Make adding all projects to a user much faster.
4. Allow us to filter projects by Office/Region and add all.As an organization with over 600+ projects managing jobs is tedious and difficult. Having filters would make it much easier, and more accurate, when we need to provide someone like a Safety Director, Area Manager, or otherwise access to all projects in…

Clarify Unknowns in Change History
Currently, secondary or automatic actions taken in Procore populate as "unknown" in the change history tab. If someone takes a primary action in the Company level Directory that creates automatic after-effects, those changes are listed as being made by an unknown entity in the change history tab. An example would be making changes to company level permission templates and then seeing those changes listed as "unknown" in user profiles.
This is confusing and has the potential to create concern that untraceable actors are making changes in an account. It would be helpful to either outline this "unknown" behavior more clearly…

Correspondence Additional Columns
Ability to include additional columns within the Correspondence and search, filter and sort by all fields would be a great function to be developed in the new tool.

Add Granular permission for Commitments ‘Email Contract’ button
This would really help Admins that would like ‘Standard’ users to have the ability to complete all tasks as normal. However, not have access to this button.
