Viewpoint Vista Integration - Validation for Lump Sum PO's
Viewpoint Vista Integration - When entering a Lump Sum PO in Procore, do not allow users to enter a quantity and unit cost since this will fail to validate correctly in Vista when it is exported (Lump Sum PO Items in Vista must have 0.00 Units and Unit Cost).

Email to specific person when Spec Section changes
The ability to send out an email to a specific person when the spec section on an RFI changes.

Timezone autopopulate from Latitude/Longitude
We would like the project's timezone to autopopulate from the Geo coordinates on the project.

Add original submittal description and attachments to submittal distribution email
When distributing a submittal to team members not on the workflow or on the original distribution list, but the original submittal description and attachments are not included. Occasionally, there are people who need to receive the final submittal response, but who don't need notifications on every other step of the process. Right now, the only way they would be able to see the original description and attachments is if they log into Procore, and find the submittal in the submittal tool. For visibility purposes, the original description and attachments should be included on a submittal distribution, along with the responses.

Add a simple worksheet for subs as the first step of the sub invoicing process
In some invoicing programs, the first step for the workers in the field is to select a button to "Create a Worksheet." They then fill out this worksheet and then that info could be entered in later when they were back in the office. This worksheet is a less confusing process for the field workers than Procore's invoicing system.

Create checklist from Portfolio notes.
For each item we have listed under portfolio, we would like to be able to have a check list for items that we have finished per project.

[Reports] Pull Global Information that Showed when Last Accessed
Problem: Currently there is not a way to pull a global report that shows when projects were last accessed/touched.
Context: For older projects, it would be nice to gather a report that showed this information - that way you can easily know which ones to deactivate. Right now you can only contact us, and on a project by project basis we can locate that information from superuser change history from the admin tool.
Who is Affected by this? Admins
Proposed Solution: To have a global report either from the Reports tool, or via Custom Reporting.

Standard price auto-fill PO SOV
I want to be able to select an option (Kitchen 1) that we always use and have that automatically populate a PO amount.
I want to export a CSV from our selection tool and import that to a PO and have it fill in all pricing based on our setup.

Enable change history on bid list to show if a bid list was copied from another package.

Inline Edit of Overhead & Profit for a PCO
Would like to be able to edit the dollar amount of the Overhead & Profit in the Schedule of Values tab instead of figuring out the percentage and changing it in the financial markup tab.

Inactive Project - Company level Permission Template
Client would like to have inactive projects clearly labeled as Inactive and the ability to sort active and inactive projects within the Company level Directory > Templates > "Permission Templates For". It can be confusing to see both active and inactive projects in a list without knowing their status, since some projects may be named similarly.

Punch List - Export to Word Doc
We cannot control the formatting of the export (output) of the punch list tool with photos and drawings. Need to be able to change the look ourselves. Changing the heading for example to read something specific.

Owner-Paid Materials on Invoices
Create section on pay apps and requisitions that account for materials paid by owner. For example "X amount of materials" paid in previous applications, "X amount of materials requested to be paid in this draw"-- for instances where the owner is paying all materials him/herself.
