Checklist Management app or tool
Someone please build an app or tool within Procore to help with collection and management of our site checklists. While the inspection tool works for Quality and Installation inspections, the functionality does not support the needs of a checklist. We have multiple checklists on site from pre-pour checklists, pre-installation checklists, start-up checklists, and so much more. The forms tool nor the inspections tool gives us what we need to manage these. We need to be able to assign an individual item to multiple parties, have multiple users say when an item has been created, potentially even apply a workflow to the checklist so as one sub completes their items it moves onto the next party. Pre-pour checklists are done daily, and on larger projects multiple times a day - there is no solution that I can find. Also pre-installation and startup are a HUGE part of commissioning, which is still managed through a paper forms and in binders. There is a huge need with very little solutions for these items.
