COVID-19 Pandemic Feature Suggestions

    We find it odd that we can communicate with project based teams, but not across ALL projects that our company has in progress. We would like to communicate with all active subcontractors on all active projects. We do not think this feature exists today.

  2. Health Screening/Visitor Entry

    We are starting to screen all visitors/employees entering jobsites and ask them if they're experiencing the common COVID-19 symptoms. (Fever? Dry cough? etc.)

    It'd be nice if there was a simple form that they could fill out in Procore. (forms tool is lacking in this area)

  3. Discount Platform Customization Work Hours

    Now that our teams have some extra "free time" on their hands, we are working to identify needed improvements to our current workflows/forms/processes; so that when we are all back to work, we are more efficient than ever! To support this work, it would be amazing if Procore offered a discount on their platform customization work hours.

  4. COVID-19 Button

    We are needing to track all items that relate to COVID-19. It would be nice if we had a button that we could check on all tools to say it relates to COVID-19 (TimeCards, RFIs, Submittals Leads, General Delays, Observations, Incidents, etc.) It would need to extend over all the tools, from finances to forms.

    Then we are done with the Pandemic, we are able to run a report and process all items that related to the incident.

  5. Incorporate DocuSign / Zoom in more Tools

    Staying away from people while still having to work with others needing to approve documents, and signing documents etc. would be better if DocuSign was incorporated in more tools such as Forms.

    In meetings, it would be nice to click a button that distributes Zoom invites.

  6. Make BIM Coordination Tools Free

    We have limited licenses and capability to review BIM models for coordination issues, and they're local to our machines in offices we can't meet in anymore. Making the BIM coordination tools available would help us work on the things we CAN work on while construction is slow/stopped.

  7. Employee Map

    With COVID-19 causing logistics issues with manpower. It would be really helpful to be able to show on the project map pins for people [city, not street address] within our company. Maybe even a filter to employees within 10 or 20 miles of a particular job site. Search for tags on people.

  8. Video conference and screen sharing for design teams to coordinate and collaborate on a project

    Teams will be able to communicate with screen sharing to coordinate and collaborate ideas. the presenter will be able to make other participants the presenter so that they can drive the screen sharing tools.

  9. COVID-19 - Health and Safety policies tab in Directory

    Core Tools, Directory
    For each company there already exists General, People, Projects, Tenderer Info, Insurance, Change History. I'd like to see a Health and Safety Policy tab added. We could upload all health and safety documents to this location. Including such items as new COVID-19 policies that our subcontractors will be providing.

  10. Project Email Alert/Notification Tool Needed

    We need a way to quickly send a bulk email/notification to most/all of a project's users in the event of changes/disasters/closure/pandemic.

    The current process seems to be the creation of Distribution Groups in the Company/Project Directory, but that takes entirely too much time with the current interface. Hopefully, the decoupling of Permissions and the Directory tool will help free up the developers to be able to improve this.

    It would make sense to have a 'Send Project Alert' selection in the Project Directory Tool Bulk Actions. With that, we could filter then select those in the Project Directory to be…

  11. Shared calendar for delivery tracking

    It would be helpful to have a shared calendar feature to track deliveries or hoist/elevator time. We typically do this on a white board in the trailer, but with people working from home, need a digital solution for this.

  12. Simplified Daily log

    Instead of 1 by 1 item per contract which is very time consuming lets make all items editable once you pick the contract to add received, put or even back order and this should automatically update throughout the project always keeping the most recent documentation

    Giving bidders access to photos will give them the opportunity to bid a project or part of a project from home. Especially the 360 feature already included in Procore.

  17. COVID JOB SITE Infected Map

    For DCR we track how many workers are onsite. with COVID we know have to create exposure MAP. Maybe having a map that show were a worker was working prior to been tested. Therefore we can notify all the personal within close range

    This would be update with DCR Report.
    Onsite person will create a Job Site Map that would map the individual location and amount of workers in the area base on data entered in the DCR and location. This location would drop pin on drawing or several pin depend how many people were working in the location

    There are several Distribution list step up in Procore. You are able to download individual contacts. To be able to download Distribution list would help notifications

  19. Digitization evangelists supporting aspiring organizations!

    Digitization evangelists who complete certification of the Free Training of Procore and have implementation experience can help transform other organizations who are struggling in absence of digital tools.

    Procore could pre-qualify such individuals based on their activities on social networks, past conferences, webinars, implementation in organizations where they worked etc..

    Government and Corporate Social Responsibility budgets may be used to compensate such volunteers.

    This can be between facilitators and organizations across national boundaries also.

  20. Keeping track of the my contacts during a day

    I would like to be able to make a master list of all workers on site and have a tick box next to each persons name. This list will carry over each day and will also be editable(not necessarily only the people on the Directory) This way I can keep track of the people I came into contact with each day so if a track and trace has to be done I will have those records on hand.
