We recently released the ability to opt-in to a bottom panel for the forecast in lieu of a popup. This saves the step of closing the forecast popup when selecting another budget line item. Instead, the forecast bottom panel remains open as you move from line item to line item (and updates accordingly).

To try this out, click the orange button within the forecast popup.

Please move the sign with docusign to the side orange tabs to not have to edit each PO

Procore cannot know if the schedule impact from multiple PCOs are concurrent, independent or partially concurrent. Procore cannot make assumptions on how to add multiple PCO schedule impacts together for the PCCO.

Procore also cannot know what is a working day versus non-working day for each project. Working days vs. weekend days vs. holidays varies from project to project, state to state and country to country.

In the future, we would love to integrate the Schedule tool with the Change Management tools to help provide more automation with schedule impact calculations.

While there is no option to disable Budget Modifications, you can remove the Budget Modifications column from your budget view(s). Any Budget Modifications made will not appear in the budget.

An easy way to see the source of non-budgeted line items is to create another budget view that includes all sources. Reference: https://support.procore.com/faq/how-can-i-see-where-my-non-budgeted-line-items-are-coming-from

Custom reporting can include the Description (Notes) from Budget Modifications. Using the Financial Line Item Detail report, include the column Type, then filter Type = Budget Modification. Add these additional columns, at a minimum:
    Amount
    Description
    Cost Code
    Cost Type

Pay App Configurable PDF tab's PDF needs to populate with the PCCO number and/or Item Type column (this column includes the PCCO #).

We now have the option for automatic billing periods, which may eliminate the need for an import template. Reference: https://support.procore.com/products/online/user-guide/project-level/commitments/tutorials/create-automatic-billing-periods

Being able to change the order of the Cost Codes when sorting the Prime Contract Payment Applications to ‘Billing Item’.

Prime Contract > Payment Application > Configurable PDF.

When changing the order sort by changing the [Group By] field to [Billing Item] you’ll notice the “Item No.” column populates. It populates from the Schedule of Values which can be dragged and dropped to change the order, but the order doesn’t seem to take affect on existing Pay Apps, only ones created from that point on.

we uploaded insurance for a vendor which expires tomorrow, but it is not showing up in the insurance expiration report. I am not sure if I have their status set incorrectly, it is currently set as compliant because they technically are until tomorrow, but I would think that would automatically change as the expiration date approaches.

    Expired Insurance Notifications:

They seem to come about 2 weeks before they actually are due to expire. Can you change the time frame for the notifications? Maybe to 2 days before expiration?

The status of this idea has changed from “Unlikely to Implement” to “Reviewed- Not Prioritized for Development” because the previous status of “Unlikely to Implement” has been deprecated. We found through feedback that some of our previous statuses were not as descriptive as we intended them to be so we have updated them. We hope that these new statuses will offer more insight to our clients regarding the actual standing of your feedback. Thanks!

While we review this feature request, perhaps the ability to inline edit the change event Status from the Summary page/subtab will help. We just released this!

You can use the Distribution section of the RFQ to list all the users that need to know when a RFQ is responded to. That unfortunately won't limit the notifications to just Person B when the RFQ is for B's Subcontractor, but getting notifications for RFQs that you don't need to know about may be better than not getting any notifications.

You can also set up a Default Distribution on the Commitments Config Settings: https://support.procore.com/products/online/user-guide/project-level/commitments/tutorials/configure-advanced-settings-commitments

The Change Events tool provides that link between the CPCO and the PPCO. So if you're using the Change Events tool, you can click on the CE link in the CPCO list and then see the PPCO number from within the Change Event.
