    We need the ability for supervisors to enter timesheets for multiple project times in one entry as this is often the use case for our works.

    Looking for the ability to deal with ongoing maintenance works including scheduling maintenace trades on site, or integrate with something that does.

    We need to have a clear and centralised record of all outbound and inbound communication from the project tools. All such communication should be routed through the emails tools, so it can then be easily searched and found (see also request for Advanced Email Search)

    Thanks for the feedback! The ability to track items received and installed from Unit/Qty Commitments is currently available in Procore. If a Commitment has a Unit/Qty Accounting Method, and is Approved, the quantities from line items in that Commitment are available to track against in the Daily Log – Productivity Log. Totals and reporting can be viewed using the Daily Log – Productivity Report.

    We would like to be able to marry delivery dockets received on site for materials deliveries against commitments. This function should then facilitate commitment invoicing processes.

    We would like to see the Timesheet Tool integration to the MYOB Timesheet function. This will allow much more effective timesheet and payroll processes.

    We need the Sage 300 integration to have Accounts Receivable (AR) integration.

    We want to create the Claims/Invoices against the Head (Prime) Contract, send these to Sage 300, then have payment received come back from Sage 300.

    For Sage 300, Sage 100, Spectrum & Vista, no development work has started yet for syncing Subcontractor Invoices, but stay tuned!

    We need the Sage 300 integration to provide for Accounts Payable (AP) sync.

    We want to use the Procore Commitment Invoicing feature to be able manage claims in Procore, send these to AP in Sage, and then have payments come back across.

    We really like the Labour Productivity tool, however see a real gap in that the Labour Budget is not brought into the Budget and Forecasting in the financial product line.

    We would like to see the Labour Budget part of the main financials budget, as well as have remaining hours automatically added into Forecast.

    When users are added to a distribution group, they should also be subscribed to the drawings, specifications etc that that distribution list was previously subscribed too.

    Also, would like to have tick boxes when adding a new user to subscribe them to drawings and specifications.

    We are finding it difficult to work with the Submittals tool, as there is no status on documents/files/drawings when multiple area added to one submittal.

    While we could have a 1:1 relationship (one document per submittal), this is impractical as we have 1000's of documents to push through the Submittal process.

    Without having status on the Submittal items, it is difficult to properly understand where items are in the workflow approval (submittal) process at any time.

    Additionally, the documents added to a submittal from the Drawings & Documents tool do not read back to their original location. We need statuses on drawings and documents to read from the Submittal they are contained within.

    We would like to rename the "Approved" role in the Submittals tool (workflow) to "Reviewer". Using the work "Approver" is causing some concerns for project collaborators.

    We need to be able to have point in time reporting at any time across our financials, not just when the snapshot button is pushed. This should then allow us to be able to do variance cost reporting (period to period variance).

    Hold points in workflow (submittals) required to avoid unnecessary work, i.e. if the structural engineer rejects drawing, it should stop the workflow and not go to architect next step

    Our meeting structure requires that there are three tiers to the meeting tool. Currently only two tiers are available (Section and Item).

    We are looking for Section, Sub-Section, Item.

    We need to have Inspection Template versioning control. As we evolve and update the templates, we need to be able to clearly identify the current version and access previous version as required.

    Additionally, we would like to be able to assign an Inspection Template number to each template. This would provide a better reference for our overall safety system.

    In a mobile situation, we need the ability to look up and attach items from the Documents tool when we are completing inspections and/or Observations.

    Currently in mobile you can only attach photos.

    An example would be to attach the SWMS (Subcontractor Safety Documents) to an Inspection when we are auditing their compliance.

    While this request is focused on Observation and Inspections, we could see merit in this being functionality for all 'attachment' functions on mobile tools.

    We would like to be able to create 'Positive' gauges in the Custom Report visuals to be able to set target for items we want to be able to achieve minimum results or effort on.

    For example, minimum number of Inspection, positive Observations etc.

    All this would basically be a reversal of the colors current used in gauge visuals. So instead on going Green->Orange->Red, the gauge would have the option to go Red->Orange->Green.

    This would help inspire the team to achieve minimum number for set objectives.
