When entering pay applications, you should have the ability to hit the "down" key or "enter" key in order to move to the row below. For example, I just entered my work completed value for line item #1, I hit the down arrow and my cursor is now automatically in the work completed field for line item #2.

    Hello all-
We wanted to provide an update and give some insights into this idea. After much investigation, we have determined that this functionality is not something that Microsoft Outlook currently supports. In order to make dragging and dropping of files and emails from Outlook into a browser, it would require an application to be installed on individual devices. A few people have posted comments about fee-based applications like this that already exist on this thread.

Until Microsoft makes this option more feasible and better supported, Procore is currently focused on how we can help ease the burden without needing to building and installing a separate application. Many of you are already aware of the efforts being done from within Outlook via the Procore add-in. But if not, this functionality is focused an creating items in Procore from Outlook. You can learn more here: https://support.procore.com/integrations/procore-outlook-addin

    We will continue to keep…

Voided change orders still show up on the potential change order report, along with the associated ROM and amount. The report total then includes these voided amounts. It would be nice to have the voided change orders show on the report, but zero out the ROM and amounts. I know you can go into the change order and delete the associated SOV's, however you lose historical information that might be useful down the road.

After selecting the tabs/tools for a custom report, you can not currently move the order of the tabs/tools. That is frustrating, especially after you have created a report (along with calculations) and an end-user wants it re-arranged (for example, wants the Prime Contract information first, not at the end of the report). At that point, you have to completely start over with your custom report.

When creating custom reports, I have been running into trouble pulling data from the Prime Contract and combining it with cost data. It would be nice to be able to combine data from different “tabs” and have it pull onto the same row in your report.

This feature is currently available in Procore for syncing Subcontractor Invoices to Quickbooks and Sage 300. For more information on this new release please reach out to your Procore rep or visit our support site here support.procore.com/product-releases/new-releases

For Sage 100, Spectrum & Vista, no development work has started yet for syncing Subcontractor Invoices, but stay tuned!
