Hello,
Procore is pleased to announce the release of the following granular permissions for Read Only and Standard Users on the Web only : Create Photo Album
Delete Photo Album
Reorder Photo Albums
View Private Photo AlbumsPermissions are respected on Web but currently not on Mobile or Drive. As a result, on iOS, Android and Drive, user permissions will default to their current user access level (None/Read-only/Standard/Admin). This may result in more “strict” permissions for these users when accessing Procore via Mobile or Drive.
For more information, please see the following https://support.procore.com/product-releases/new-releases/photos-new-granular-permissions-for-the-photos-tool
Please note that there are more granular permissions planned.
Stay tuned and thank you for your feedback and support!

Procore is working to add point in time reporting within our tools. We will start to see this within tools first (ie. Budget), then eventually in reporting.
Thank you for your feedback!

There are mixed comments posted on this UserVoice thread regarding customization, so we would like to let you know that we recently released a feature within the Company Admin settings of the Daily Log tool(Site Diary). The Manpower Log, Daily Construction Report, Notes Log and Observed Weather Conditions all have configurable field sets. This allows Company Admins the ability to select which fields are “required, optional or hidden” similar to other tools within Procore.
In addition, we have RELEASED the ability for custom fields within the manpower log. This new feature will allow Company Level Admins to add custom fields to a Manpower Log fieldset (required/optional..) to track additional information necessary for their project or company. Users will also be able to pull these custom fields into Reporting to further track progress against ongoing goals.
Last but not least, when enabling the DL: Manpower Log project configuration setting “Include Employees…

An error occurred while saving the comment I just wanted to provide note on issues with black callouts.
This is caused by the way the original PDF was created. The callouts actually have many very fine lines within them that don't render in all PDF readers. In the case of Procore, it actually can't render the lines thin enough to leave white space between them, and the extra thickness causes the whole thing to render as black.
Two viewers that have been confirmed to display these lines are the Windows 10 default viewer (Reader) and the Macintosh default reader (Preview). They do not show in either Adobe Acrobat Reader or in Bluebeam.
The best solution will be that the PDF provider (The Architect in most cases) will need to change the callouts on the original to not include that formatting.
However, our Product team is looking at ways to improve the viewer.

We are currently in an open beta for Updating % Complete from a mobile device. This functionality will allow users to update the % complete of a schedule task straight from their mobile device. Once updated on the mobile device, that percentage will immediately reflect within the web application. We are still working through the best way to get this information back to the native file, but, if your interested in participating in the open beta, please leave a comment and we will reach out.
