    Hello,

I wanted to provide an update on this re-release. Phase 1 has been released to all Sandbox Test Projects. This phase updates the response modal to improve attachment management. GA release of this phase is expected shortly.

Phase 2 of the re-release will give users the ability to markup, add a new Procore-generated cover page and stamp PDF attachments on Submittals within Procore. This space will be updated with a timeline after the Phase 1 release.

This two phase approach is being used to minimize impact on current workflows.

Thank you so much for your feedback and support!

Highly recommend a revisit. Currently, unless you want Sage to control every single line item in a Prime Contract SOV (hint: you do NOT), Prime Contracts, and change orders thereto, cannot sync from Procore to Sage.

It seems like there are two general types of ERP customers: (1) those who produce owner invoices out of Procore, and (2) those who produce Owner invoices out of Sage.

For those in the 1st category, the single line import makes more sense. When Procore gets around to integrating Prime Contract invoices from Procore to Sage, the same concept will apply: Sage only needs to know how much was invoiced and how much was retained, not the line-by-line detail.

We disabled the ERP integration of Prime Contracts shortly after implementing Procore because of the constraints placed on the Procore SOV. It would make a lot of sense if Prime Contracts (SOVs, etc) and PCCOs were managed in Procore and only a single line items, or lump sum amounts were sent to Sage (i.e. the amount of the contract, the amount of the PCCO; the details are recorded in Procore).

We prefer to use Procore as our all-in-one PM software, but are still captive to outside processes in the way of Prime contracts & PCCOs. Please reconsider.
