    It should be core functionality. A base tool to manage equipment is ease of identification, a picture tells a thousand words. Worth 9 fringe fields in a database.

    Some variations are performed on a "charge up" basis with costs not known for some time, and you need to maintain cash flow with a monthly progress claim. Otherwise, it is a new variation for each month, for the same "variation".

    Customers often require the SOV (breakdown of price) without the formality the PDF provides. For example, they may be reporting it back to the client Quantity Surveyor and need to include the SOV within other data being provided.

    If we can export to docx or CSV/xls the SOV can be extracted with ease.
