    The ability to create custom Observation types should be determined by the client. We would like to add in a category of Coordination into our observation types to better track design and construction coordination issues and field coordination items identified through the CI tool. The Coordination Issues tool allows us to elevate a CI to an Observation but we don't have a good option to categorize them under. These are neither safety or quality observations.

    Please allow creation of company specific observation types. Having one general Quality grouping is not detailed enough for our reporting and data capture needs. For example, just having a Quality Type that's Non-Conformance is not enough detail. I want to have a type group that is Non Conformance and within there have different NCR Types we want to report on. We need the ability to create more Type groups as company admins.

    The status of this idea has changed from “Unlikely to Implement” to “Reviewed- Not Prioritized for Development” because the previous status of “Unlikely to Implement” has been deprecated. We found through feedback that some of our previous statuses were not as descriptive as we intended them to be so we have updated them.     System admins shouldn't have to be added to a project directory in order for reports to be shared to us. We should just have the ability to view ALL reports created within projects, but since that's not the case there needs to be a way for users to share reports they've created with us without us having to be listed in the Directory. We have access tot he project, this just seems like an unnecessary step.

    We need an easier way to bulk add certain projects to specific user. For example, we have Safety Directors that require access to all projects within a certain office/region. There is currently no way for us to filter and add all projects based on Office, Region or otherwise. It would be a HUGE help to be able to filter down the project list within the user screen.

    Unsure how this feature hasn't been developed yet. Users love that they can create their own reports within the reporting tools, however - if a PM creates a report on one project and wants to be able to reuse it on another project they are managing they're unable to. In construction, staff may manage multiple projects or get moved around, allowing them to take reports they've developed and become accustom to with them to their next project without having to rebuild them is something that should be available in this system. Would love to see ANY updates to the reporting tool, the share functions, etc.

    We really need to be able to include the returned from assignee date in custom reporting. Particularly so we can accurately track the number of days it's taking our design teams to return/respond to RFIs

    Official Response Date needs to be available in RFI Reporting. Currently the Due Date variance calculates off of the Due Date and the closed date, which is incorrect. This Due Date Variance should be based on the Due Date and the date the official response is received.

    Provide a filter for 'office' and/or 'region' int he Add User Project list. We have hundreds of projects, not being able to filter down the project list in any way is very inefficient.

    Please list the project Office should be Current Project Settings/Projects User Does Not Belong to list within the edit user view.
    We have a number of users that need access to all jobs within an area office and currently there is not easy way to perform this task from the user window. It would be great if office was next tot he project name making it easy to sort by office and complete the step within that user view.

    The Links section within records like the RFI, Correspondence, Observations and Submittals should be available in reporting. If we are able to create and link these items this field should be in reporting so we can create summary reports showing where items are linked or were generated from.

    Having the related items list that is referenced in a specific tool set available in reporting would add a major reporting benefit. It's wonderful being able to link and reference items to each other through the related items tab, however we cannot report or pull this data in anyway causing some major drawbacks to the capabilities of the tool.
